Decor a bit dated (but didn't bother us). No fridge or tea making facilities.

Our Panoramic King had an amazing view and was spacious with a seating area. Filtered water machine on every floor. Close to Shinjuku Station.

Large rooms with a great view. There is a map of the skyline in each room. The hotel starts on the 20th floor of the building so every room should have a decent view. There are many restaurants in walking distance and a 7-11 is in the ground floor of the building. The hotel is also located only a couple minutes walk from Shinjuku station, so this is a great spot to stay the night after arriving in Japan when you want to go to Hakone next.

Only tea provided in the room, no coffee. The coffee at breakfast was American style. There should have been an espresso style available.

The hotel is located close to the railway station. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It had a very good view.

Hotel restaurant prices are a bit too pricey.

Location is great, lots of good restaurants in the area and comfortable walking distance to JR Shinjuku station. There's also a big mall across the street. All rooms are high up with great city views. Room is spacious enough to spread our luggages. Great customer service from all the staff we encountered.

The room was equipped with an Alexa device as an automated personal concierge, however, it will always answer in Japanese LOL. I finally managed to configure the language of the device to be English, but that was only for the display, not the voice. We just gave up using it at last. Would be nice if we could interact with it in English as suggested by the instructions sheet in the room.

The hotel location is excellent, connected with Shinjuku station and Takashimaya via Skywalk. We got the room on the 32nd floor, and the view from our room is superb, we enjoyed it a lot. The room was clean and had a good space for 2 big luggage. Light control was easy, and the bathroom was accommodated with good amenities. We like the minor details like the anti-fog mirror in the bathroom. What we like the most is the self-service ice-maker and drinking water dispenser room next to the elevator on each floor.

Restaurant only serves Western food, so we preferred to eat out and try local options.

Very comfortable base in Shinjuku for exploring Tokyo. A short walk from the station and many shops and restaurants. The view from our room was amazing, we even got to see Fuji in the far distance in the morning!

Great location,nice view from room n hotel(lobby at 20 floor) near Shinjuku station and lots of eating place and cafe. You don’t need to go Shinjuku station to take airport bus.Only sad back is we almost miss the airport limousine because when we do booking they didn’t state down what time should we wait outside hotel.

Location was conveniently located right across metro station. Good number of restaurants in the vicinity. Walking distance from major department stores. Most importantly, kid friendly.
