We had better breakfasts in other hotels, but it was good overall. We could hear the trains passing by from our room but it didn’t really bother us and we were located in one of the highest floors, it might be more noticeable in lower floors.

Great hotel!! The location is amazing- right on the Shinjuku station which is super comfortable, especially for the trip back to the airport. The hotel itself is really nice, the room was great with an amazing city view, and the staff were really helpful and helped us with reservations for restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing for its price, but we didn't actually find any really good breakfast in japan overall (we were looking for mainly fresh vegetables based).

Location is incredible if you want to explore Tokyo using the public transportation system. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are large and facilities are very good.

A Coffee machine in the room or at reception would have been nice

The location was excellent. So close to Shinjuku station but also Yoyogi station for when Shinjuku was a bit overwhelming.

I love this hotel even though it is older. However some more modern hair driers in the rooms would be appreciated.

A spacious comfortable and quiet room that was in a great location but gave you a break from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Appreciated having a filtered water station on the floor!

The hotel lost some points when I asked for a larger bathrobe than the hospital-gown-style garment in the room (which any normal-sized Westerner would have difficulty wearing) and was told it would cost me 500yen

Having a hotel lounge/bar that closes at 8pm was so early that it was closed before we got back from eating….and the overall shared space was pretty small round the reception area. The bar times seemed temporary, but still need changing quickly! We got a glass of wine in the restaurant (which then also closed at 9) Logistically, a bit more of a clue to the lifts (tucked far round immediately to the right as you enter from the South Terrace) would be helpful.

Excellent, helpful staff. Breakfast was as good as every other review has said….right down to English breakfast tea for me and decaf coffee for my wife. Great view from starting the hotel at floor 20 of the tower.

Excellent location near Shinjuku and Yogogi Stations and all the shopping and restaurants in the area. Easy access to subway; convenient for touring Tokyo. Nice, comfortable room. Great view of Mt Fuji from the high floor room on a clear day.
