Large spaces for both the rooms and the common areas. I stayed in a delux king room: a large bed room with a wide window on the shibuya area and a fantastic bathroom with the same spectacular view: top!

The room was great and the view was amazing. We went to the hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet twice and it was great. We also went to the extremely fancy french restaurant on the top floor and it was superlative. And the upscale sushi restaurant tucked away on the second floor just outside the hotel is extraordinary.

Loved the stunning view from the level 32 which had fabulous city views. Staff were amazing & amenties where very luxurious. Location is very convenient and the 12 noon check was a pleasant surprise.

Two things: one, we asked for rooms with view to mount Fuji. It's so high that you get to see the city from above. However, we never got to see the mountain from our rooms. It might have been the weather's fault. The other thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. Several times we asked for coffee/tea and it took for ever for them to serve it. Once I gave up on the tea in the breakfast and made it in my room. You can ask for an omelette to be made especially for you, but this also can take a super long time to be served, if at all you get it.

The rooms we booked were in the executive floor, which is more expensive, but comes with such perks as the executive lounge on floor 35. 17:30-19:00 they serve a light meal buffet and drinks. We only got to have the meal there once. But often spent the time with a cup of tea and a yogurt or snack after 19:00 and almost until their closing time. It makes you stay at the hotel so much more pleasant. Especially if you are travelling with someone else. not just a couple. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby floor includes both an international buffet and a japanese one.

Location was great, close to Shibuya station and the room was spacious and had a great city view. Onsite restaurant offered good meals but also close to lots of other options if you wanted to venture out. Staff organised private transfers from the airport which took the stress out of trying to navigate trains after a long haul flight. Would definitely stay again.

Within three weeks we stayed twice at the hotel. The first time 5 nights the second two nights. The hotel and everything about it were excellent on our first visit. Also the second one was very good but there were twofaults about it. 1. The light in the bathroom wasn't sufficient. The hotel service was very kind and tried to fix it, but with no success. . The Eventually they soplied us with an extra lamp which almost solved the problem. The service man was extremely nice and really tried his best. small problem was that when we returned to our room in the evening our room was not fixed. We complained and it was 2. The seconddone immediately Eventually they soplied us with an extra lamp which almost solved the problem

I did not see any hotel activities. Would be nice to have an opportunity for a tea ceremony, flower arrangement, cooking class or meditation class etc that I have seen that other hotels offer. Otherwise I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

The rooms were very quiet and the view form the window was outstanding. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom products were lovely. The breakfast on the lobby floor was really tasty and better than the executive floor one. We had a breakfast of fresh orange juice, waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon every morning. We had dinner one night in the Japanese restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent.
