Fantastic location near the airport with a shuttle bus to and from. Rooms were very spacious for Japan and all facilities were great. We were sad that we only stayed here one night!

The location is great, within walking distance from Terminal 3 Haneda airport. The river view was beautiful, especially at night I think, with all these airport lights on. It's a very quiet place, no light or noise disturbed me, so there was no problem for me getting quality sleep time. Everything is designed in quite cool way, enough place in the room, stable wi-fi connection. Very helpful staff, all my questions were answered and everything during my stay was clear and understandable for me.

Because our flight was delayed we arrived at ~3:30am. Still super nice staff at the reception made a quick check-in:) Hotel was super clean and we had a nice room. Especially for the price. Also the next day a shuttle brought us to the Kawasaki Train station. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, especially if you need/want to be close to the airport!

I stayed one night as I was connecting between airports. It was well priced and comfortable. I particularly liked the public bath - my first experience. The face products that were on offer in the foyer were lovely to use. The transfer to the airport was important for me too. I would love to return and stay longer. The only improvement I would have liked is an airport transfer from Haneda airport.

The location is great across from the airport with a free hotel shuttle bus. A park next door and a road behind the building by water are great to run and walk. Many convenient stores nearby with some of them open 24 hours. Friendly hotel staff and free shuttle take to shopping and restaurants.

Not a negative thing - the hotel is quite close to the Haneda airport, but then logically it is far from being reachable by public transport. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to both Haneda airport and Kawasaki station.

My own mistake, I booked it because of how close it was to the airport not realising it isn't as well connected by transport as I'd hoped. The shuttle bus is very much appreciated but it meant a lot of awkward logistics on my part! Sadly meant I didn't get to appreciate the hotel features.

Main desk was very helpful and friendly, surprised they recognised the shirt I was wearing too! I came in very late but they advised me how I could still make it to dinner and extra details on the shuttle bus the next morning, very much put me at ease

Pleasant neighbourhood with easy access to the river walkway and a nearby park. Conveniently located very close to the airport. Easy walk to Kojimashinden Station. Nice views over the River Tama. Easily accessed via shuttle bus.

Good quality hotel with fabulous onsen - perfect for overnight stay to break up journey, very convenient 5mins cab from Haneda airport and free shuttle in the morning. 5mins walk to 7/11 and nice walk along river.

It’s in an industrial estate so there’s only a 7 11 convenience store nearby. Give how close it is to the airport, it’s still a fairly long route by public transport but if you don’t mind getting a taxi it’s only a short ride from the airport

It was a very nice property with helpful staff. The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. The views across the river were very nice too!
