Excellent hotel! very conveniently located. In general, a standard room. There is everything you need. The lighting is not very well thought out. Attentive, caring staff. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was a let down - the reason I'm not giving a 10.

The location is fantastic, almost across the road from a big shopping centre (Marrot or something) and a short walk to the Toyama Station. It's also within walking distance to the Glass Museum and all the shopping areas in between. We communicated our need for parking, and a lot was reserved for us. The hotel only has 4 lots, chargeable at a reasonable rate.

Staff are very good and helpful. Hotel is well situated for walking from the train station. Rooms are comfortable and bed also good. Near a busy intersection but well soundproofed. Breakfast buffet is very generous covering Asian and Western foods. Business facilities for those who need, also DIY pay laundry and drying machines if needed. A good value hotel. I would like to make a special thank you to the staff. I left a reasonably valuable pen in my room when we booked out. 3hrs later, I realised my loss and was able to go back to the hotel and enquire about my pen. Staff were so good and honest. My pen was returned. I am so appreciative. Thank you, thank you, thank you

The location of Comfort Hotel Toyama is excellent; right next to the JR Toyama and Dentetsu Toyama stations. I can't rate the breakfast bcos we didn't take it.

A tiny space for having breakfast which is just next to the front desk, and no any discount for parking even you stay at this hotel.

It is a great location hotel, just the opposit from the Toyama station with the public parking lot nearby. The room size and cleaniness are fine, not a tiny room even for 1person room, the facilities and amenities are good as well. We have booked for many rooms since we travel in 3 groups of family, it is still OK to stay here overnight. The breakfast is OK, not much but not less.

We did have trouble with adjusting the room thermostat and found the room too hot, so we just switched it off for a comfortable night.

I’ve stayed at several Comfort Hotels on my travels around Japan and understand them to be of value, located well, and have good facilities. Breakfast has been inclusive of the hotels in which I’ve stayed which has been handy and of a good standard. We had an early start to go on the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route so the breakfast was ready on time at 6.30, and was most satisfying. We appreciate being able to grab a complimentary coffee or drink at check or indeed at any time during allocated hours. I would recommend this chain and the Toyama Hotel to others.

Some outside noise could be heard. Check-out time of 10am is a little early. Breakfast area can feel cramped at busy times.

Easy-to-find convenient location near train station. Staff was friendly, and check-in and out was quick. Bed was nice size, firm, and comfortable. Coffee and tea available throughout the day. Breakfast had many options that varied daily, both hot and cold foods.

Friendly staff, we arrived early and we were able to have an early check in. Very close to the train station! You can chill out in the lobby. There was breakfast included but we went on a very early train to the Alpine Route so didn't have time to try it. We were able to leave our luggage here all day. Great restaurants right at the train station! Very convenient spot.
