Would be good if there were a few more dining options close by but walking to dinner in the snow was a beautiful experience for us all too!

I loved Shuto the property manager. He was so helpful, so kind. Even helped us with our luggage dragging it through the snow when transport couldn’t get up the hill. Shuto made the stay wonderful for us and made a huge difference to our stay. He should be commended. On snow location. Ski down to lifts.

Facilities were clean but beginning to show wear and tear. Am hoping owners are planning to reinvest in improvements to keep this place running as the excellent place that it is.

The location for ski in ski out was fantastic. It had kitchen and laundry facilities which were excellent for tired skiers to chill and be ready for the next day skiing. There was also a shuttle bus each evening to take you to the supermarket for supplies.

The hotel is a littles dated and some aspects look worn. But this is only a minor issue of mine as it is still worth it for the price and location.

Ski in and ski out is the biggest bonus. You can ride straight on and off the first run of the mountain. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff and accessible by bus transfers.

It was quite run down and wasn't as clean as other high-end hotels .lift were broken down. Not as many food choices around.

It would be better that the elevator get fixed for ease of clients getting the room at higher level.

The friendliness vibes of Mr. Shuto who received us and explaining the information regarding the shuttle bus and assists in our request to change to lower level room due to my mum who is 77 years old have difficulties to climb the stairs until level 5 as the elevator was not working upon the earthquake early 2024. The location next to the Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort makes it easier to ski in and ski out. We enjoyed our ski time during the day and the night time. The room with the kitchenette helps us to have our own home cook.

The road becomes very icy so ensure you have suitable footwear/chains etc. (Cars/ buses cannot always come up to the Condominium due to snow and ice.)

Shuto, on site, is extremely helpful and assisted us with organising many things including transport, gear transport, our itinerary etc. There is a nightly circuit to the supermarket which is fantastic. Nothing is too hard for Shuto to help with. The owners of the accomodation are exceptionally kind and helpful and organise bus and other transport for guests when needed. Kensho and his son, Ken, go above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

Shuto was warm, welcoming, extremely helpful and made our stay so much easier. He organised lift passes for us, which not only made it easier but saved us around $400AU. They have a shuttle bus to take you to the supermarket or Echoland (restaurants/bars) every evening. We were right on the slopes at Escal Plaza which has a gorgeous Vegan Cafe, Japanese food, Subway, convenience store, ski clothing/hire, lockers, and onsen. We will definitely stay again.

Not enough space in the drying room and the heater might’ve turned off overnight. The couch in our room was uncomfortable (sagged too much) and there was a chunk of some breakfast bar under the microwave.

Shuto was very helpful and attentive. He helped with our many heavy luggages and spoke to a restaurant owner for us to book a table for dinner. He also organised sending our luggage ahead to our next accommodation. The ski in and out was great.

If you ski on another resort like cortina, happo one, tsukaige.. you must walk on your ski shoes and bring you ski gear when going back to the hotel and it’s reallly heavy and difficult because the road is uphill also slippery…

Location is inside the hakuba goryu ski resort that’s mean you can also go to hakuba 47 use your ski gear.. escal plaza just at the next door… also the hotel provide free shuttle to go to supermarket everyday on 5.40pm and the hotel can pick up you at hakuba goryu bus stop on the date when you arrive also sent you to hakuba goryu bus stop on the day on the date when you check out…

The comdo does not have food offered as option, but there are plenty next doors or down at the plaza.

The staff shoto was really really helpful and friendly. The driver (owner's son ) was great too with driving us around with every request. The location is awesome as it sits right on the slope, we skiied down to get the chair lift and can always ski back to the property without walking at all.. Kitchen facilities are good and has everything you need to cook a decent meal. Price is difinetly value for money.. will book back in 6 months.

Shotu was amazing!!! He assisted with all of our bookings and was always on hand to assist EVEN when he was unwell. Shotu, thankyou for your amazing assistance and good humour. The location is fabulous, being able to ski in and out, even for beginners.

It's old but not bad.

After we arrived at the train station, the suggestion to get to the condo is calling a number that shows in the booking and someone will pick you up. So I called and of course Marcos is the one who picked us up. He dropped us by the convenient store for buy some foods, snacks before get to the condo. The condo is not that new but you will have everything that you need. Dry room for snowboard/ski equipments. You can cook in your room, the kitchen has everything. A living room is so comfy. If you want to buy a fresh food, you can make an appointment one day before, Marcos will give you a ride to the supermarket. You just open the window, you already see the slope, which is the point to stay here. The important thing is Marcos can speak very good english. He helps me a lot when I got accident while snowboarding. Without him must be more tough. Thank you never be enough. Excellent service ever !!!!

Location. Next to ski slope. I can wear my gear in peace, away from the crowd. Smoking is allowed in the deck area, that means I can take a smoke break every run. Awesome. Indoor heated drying area for gear is a great facility. I didn't mind that the rooms were not super luxurious. Given the price and my focus on snowboarding, it didn't bother me. At that price point, it's a great deal for me. The manager Marcos is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for future Hakuba trips.

Marcos was an exceptional guest who kindly drove us to the supermarket and to happo-one as the bus was not working at that time of the year. The hotel is perfectly located so you can ski-in/ski-out easily as it is on Hakuba Goryu (just need to ski down to the lift or the gondola) I would definitely recommend this place
