It’s a bit far out from the port area where most of the shops and restaurants are, as well as the ferry terminal. It’s about an hour walk or a short bus, but the price was good so it was worth it.

I liked the range of facilities on offer. I thought it was a regular hotel room but when I arrived I realised it was more like a small apartment, with a kitchenette and washer/dryer facilities.

Once I came with my phone completely out of batter and I could not open the door for 20 minutes. I was saved by couple that arrived to the hotel. Please organize electric socket near the entrance for such occasions.

Fully automated hotel, there are no people at the reception. You open door with an application and it is convenient. Room is rather large for Japan, bus stop is nearby and it is easy to reach port. Room has kitchen , washing and drying machines - perfect for my diving trip. I stayed 1 week - it was good.

Clean, big end apartment, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, has everything you need, close to shopping centers and supermarkets , we had a rent a car so the parking is no problem.

It would be nice to have a chair on the balcony.

I enjoyed the East facing balcony and view of the ocean. I liked how light the room was and how quiet it was. I could leave the window open at night and enjoy the fresh air. The close proximity of a bus stop and grocery store made this ideal for a car free, maisonette property. There was no odor or musty smell. If you are coming from the airport on the #4 Azuma bus the bus stop you want is #11 (Okinawa Prefecture Yaeyama Branch Office).

You get so much for your money! A full kitchen, washer and dryer, a bath and a balcony! It felt like a home of my own and is very close to the airport bus stop, connecting it to the port one way and the airport the other way. There's also a dominos opposite. It has its own parking area too and is self check-in. The door can even be opened remotely through your phone. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had a pleasant stay with a nice view and atmosphere with a welcoming feel. It felt welcoming as the bus stops were so close, a ride away from town. The beach was walking distance away and in general the hotel was very large and offered a lot of utilities that made it a very nice stay.

When I was making the booking, I marked the number of guests as 3. One adult + 2 kids (13 and 10 years old). I selected the room with a double bed because it said it would fit the three of us. I understood they would have a sofa bed or an extra mattress for one child. I contacted the property by email, asking about it. They only answered they would not provide an extra bed. WHY DO THEY SAY IT FITS THREE PEOPLE IF IT DOESN'T??? Sleeping with my two kids in a double bed was extremely uncomfortable. My booking was for eight days of stay in Ishigaki. I decided to change my trip, cancel flights, and leave on the fourth day. I lost money and time, but I needed to handle it. I woke up feeling pain in my back every day. I was disappointed regarding the size of the bed. It could, at the very least, be a large double bed.

There was no breakfast. I went to the grocery store, bought ingredients, and prepared breakfast in our room's private kitchen. There are two good grocery stores in that area. The location is quite good. There is a McDonald's close by and a few convenience stores. We used public transportation (bus) to and from the airport.

The 2 big chairs in the room were very nice, but the guest upstairs kept dragging them across the hard floor creating quite a lot of noise. Maybe the small addition of some rubber feet on the chairs, to reduce noise and stop damage to your nice floors?

A really nice, well equipped hotel room with a sea view. Check in was exceedingly easy with the digital key codes sent before by email. More like a self contained apartment that a hotel room, with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The location was excellent, close the centre of town, supermarkets and nice places to eat. It would maybe a little far to walk but had a car rental. There was a large carpark / parking lot. The room was very clean and tidy and accessories and toiletries were provided and there was help your self extras down stairs. The balcony was really nice, it would have been nice to sit outside (maybe plastic patio chairs in the summer)?

We cannot smoke in the balcony. It’s getting windy and cold after the first night. If it’s allowed. It’s going to be a perfect stay. I missed my flight but I don’t know how to cancel for one night through this app.

Close to the diving shop - Nova dive, 3 km away. Many restaurants and kombini around the area. Cozy and free parking lot. There’s a washing machine & dryer so I can wash my clothes after the dive. no need key. less worries about missing the key and so on.

Not all appliances had instructions in English, e.g., I turned off the fan in the bathroom that I shouldn't have. Same with the television controller.

You had mugs and cooking items (plates, silverware, etc.) available at no extra charge. The room was very clean. The instructions for getting in were clear. Parking was easy. And the convenience of having a washer and drier in the room was great.

Nothing much, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Great value for money. Just 2 recommendations: Would have been nice to have some pamphlets about the island to give ideas for places to visit and activities. Also having a toilet brush would be nice as well.

Great location, halfway between the airport and the center - both within 15-20 minutes by bus. There is a nice beach and restaurants in the area. Having a dryer and a washing machine in the room made a great difference for us.

The twin room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Amenities were great, having a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. The location was good, close to the Don Quijote and to the bus station, from where one can easily access the ferry port and airport. There are also convenient stores and rental car places not too far from it. Checkin was quick and easy. Overall great value!

The main negative was that the air-conditioner did not smell good but if you didn't leave it on, you'd be uncomfortable. I had to take the filters out and wash them as well as spray the internal filter which helped a little but it would be ideal for these to be professionally cleaned every 6 months to a year of so. No closet space was a minor issue.

Everything was very easy - no keys (so no check-in needed), time arrangement for cleaning the room a couple of days in, washer and dryer usage in room with detergent available. The cost for 5 nights was very affordable and it was a short drive into the downtown area.

Just a small point, a lot of humidity causing mold smell below the sink where the kitchenware is placed.

Plenty of car parking, washing machine and dryer machine is extremely convenient. Kitchen got utensils. Good aircon.
