Nothing special dislike.

1. The hotel room is bigger than those of a common business hotel in Japan, and it has a small round table and a small sofa in addition to the desk and chair. 2. The breakfast has Vietnamese noodles and there is a 7-11 at the 1F of the building.

The breakfast was held in a Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor. It was too small and and understaffed to handle the crowd for the Golden week period. There was shoving and pushing for food as the items ran out very fast. There was just not enough space to move around. Tables were not cleared and cleaned fast enough and the queue was long! It seemed rather chaotic too me. There was neither quantity nor quality in the breakfast. Price was cheap though, at 1500 yen per pax. It cost 500 yen to use the washing machine.

Would be great if the sleeping area is bigger. But still considered one of the more spacious units at this price compared to others.

Room is nice and comfortable. Friendly reception staff. Ease of check-in. Within comfortable walking distance to shopping area and train station.

The mattress and pillow were very hard for me. As my room was close to the elevators, despite the room being soundproof, I could hear other travelers chatting loudly from time to time.

Love the bathroom! There’s a rain shower, a handheld shower, and a bathtub! The bathroom was always clean, too!

Room size look big but long design, no good and waste the space for bathroom. Bathroom too big , not necessary for me. The desk dirty seem not clean up before I check in

Staff at the counter was not so friendly plus breakfast has a small selection compared to other Japanese chain hotel.

Room is clean , neat and well equipped with USB port, mini fridge. Location is great short walking distance from Nagoya Station, shopping centers and restaurant with walking distance.

Rooms were a bit small, although not a strange feature in Japan. Not sure why they had to put up walls to seperate the bathroom area. But overall still nice.

Location was its best feature. Easy access to everywhere. The Massage chair was also a very welcome extra. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Room is very cramped. Can do without the sofa and table to make space in the room for putting luggages. With the automated check-in machines, the staff seems to be less approachable.

Hotel is on the quieter side of Nagoya station, a short 5 minute walk. There are lots of eating places around the area.

The second stay during Oct 15th to Oct 16th room is a bit not clean because I can see stain on the desk. And it is not that quiet as my first stay’s room.

Location is really great just a five mins walk from taiko dori exit. There is a 7-11 downstairs the hotel, and hotel front desk is really nice and friendly. I have multiple inquiries during my stay but they all help me with that and I can store one of my luggage for 3-4days at the hotel when traveling to other cities. That really help me to not caring two big luggage all the times.

Check in and check out is through an automated machine which loses the human touch. The front desk staff only points you to the machine. Toilet bowl has stains which is not thoroughly cleaned.

Location was excellent. Just 5 minute walk to the Meitetsu line for the airport and 10 minute to the JR station. Ample food around the area.
