The room is rather small for 2 adults and 1 child.

The location was great. Very near the station and easy walk if you have many luggages and small children to manage. There is a styler/washer in the room which comes in very handy.

The room (private suite) was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was great as it was very close to Kanazawa station, a nice shopping centre, and many restaurants. Across the street we discovered a night food market that was fun for dinner. The onsen facilities were clean and modern. It was very nice to relax after a long day of walking. The hotel also had massage chairs and provided lots of nice amenities such as bath additives, headbands, shampoo etc.

There is nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great.

The hotel is 5 min walk from the main train station and about 30 minutes walk from the main city market. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. We liked the provided clothes for the bath available at the hotel. Especially we liked the breakfast options, where we could choose from a huge variety of Japanese dishes but also continental breakfast options. There are also some nice dining and shopping options at the nearby shopping mall.

Everything! The onsen at level 2 was very good and clean… the staff were also very friendly. We opted for the room with the washining machine. It was very efficient and the clothes came out clean and great! The location was also very near to the bus station and train station. Overall it is very good

The location was very convenient from the station. We only stayed two nights but our next visit we want to stay in Kanazawa longer, and I would definitely come back to this hotel. The staff was nice & the breakfast buffet was very good. It was a decent size room with a comfortable layout that was easy to move around in, something that was hard to find in other hotels. The in-unit washer/dryer was convenient.

Located right next to the Kanazawa Station, within walking distance of the city centre and Kanazawa Castle. Across the road from a couple of Izakaya-style restaurants which are great for a meal.

Very close to the train station and car rental companies. The lounge area are nicely decorated, the bath was really lovely. The steam cleaner in the room is great to clean up our winter coats. Room isn't big but it's kinda japanese standard so no complain. There are some restaurants right across the hotel open until late at night so it's pretty convenient.
