Nearest car parking not big enough for 7 passengers car.

Clean and tidy with massage chair inside the room. Buffet breakfast was good and had a lot choices. Location was good, next to Train Station.

The bed was slightly firmer than we anticipated but worked well enough for a 1 night stay.

The bathroom was modern clean and functional. The additional massage chair was a plus, and the additional pillow supplied we're very much appreciated.

Property was amazing, just renovated in October 2023 so everything was fresh and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic - steps away from Tokushima station. It had the cleanest room and bathroom we had in our whole trip.

The double bed was very hard and moved a lot when you roll over and changed position. compared to other hotels we are staying at in Japan, the bed here is not the best.

Located very next to the bus station and train station it is ideal. Everything was very clean with an Economy Cleaning service to save the planet. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a good healthy selection, which we like. Very quiet city, you can get a good nights sleep.

This room was incredibly tight. The bed was far too large for such a small room. It was a stripped down version of my previous room. There wasn't even a trash can in the bathroom. The bed was very hard! For $10 more get a better room.

Location 1 minute from Toushima Station.

It was a very convenient location, only 1 minute's walk from the train station. There were also bus stops a short walk away from which you could get to places like Naruto or to the other end of Tokushima. When you looked down from the room it was a large square with restaurants and other businesses around it. That made it quite an interesting view to watch all the people wandering about or heading to work or school. The same was true of the restaurant. I paid for breakfast in the restaurant, you could sit at a counter looking out the window. There were some western style options such as cornflakes, which could make a change for Western travellers wanting a break from rice for breakfast.

breakfast was poor. breakfast is from 0630-0930, we got thee before 0830 and there was very little hit food left and only a few things were being topped up. the hot food was lukewarm and very average quality compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

The checkout system automatically charges 1000 yen per hour for late checkout. We asked for the extra time because one of us wasn't feeling well. I thought this was pretty stingy considering most hotels are fine allowing guests a little extra time.

The hotel is literally right next to Tokushima Station, and there are tons of excellent restaurants just outside. The staff was fantastic, and the manager, Mr. Lin, spoke English fluently. The rooms are spacious, and everything seems new or at least remodeled. The amenities, bathtub, and shower were excellent. The twin beds were wider than expected and very comfortable. There is a 7-11 located inside the building - very convenient. Other small, helpful touches were the portable mirror that made putting on makeup easy for my wife and the electrical outlet next to the sink that made using an electric shaver easy for me.

There was a lot of noise in the room of things rattling. It may have been the air conditioning unit or pipes, but the noise prevented us from sleeping. Bathrooms were not completely clean. Bed was hard and you could feel the springs. Breakfast was neither healthy or delicious.

The staff were helpful with arranging parking and kind to children.
