Can’t beat the location and price. Shibuya crossing is so close. Room is clean and filled with ammenities. Lots of freebies including alcohol and ice cream in the lobby.

It was actually a love hotel but not mentioned in full and I had a hard time trying to console my partner... imagine not knowing booking a love hotel...

It was definitely clean, bright and near to shopping areas and foodie streets

A bit more pricey than other hotels in Tokyo but it was in busy part of Tokyo. Initially thought it might be a bit seedy but it turned out to be a great little hotel .

The hotel was great. However, the streets can be very busy late into the night and although the hotel itself was very quiet and soundproof between rooms, sometimes the high voices on the street could be heard. Ear plugs blocked all that out.

Cute little hotel just off the main street in Shibuya Crossing. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was very, very helpful! There are drinks, alcohol and ice cream available for sale in the lobby with a ramen shop on the corner. Very quiet inside the hotel. I would stay again if I returned to Japan!

Shower drain had hair in it prior to my stay. Could only forward luggage to convenience store, but not another hotel location.

Challenging for non-Japanese speaking people to communicate and to use the hi-tech room features especially the temperature control remote.

Clean with nice amenities. Good central location. Loved the Silk ice cream machine.

I fought with the air conditioning, even when I translated the buttons I wanted it to keep being on but it didn't really work like that. The room and hallways are tight but this is expected for Shibuya!

The free drinks in the lobby and in the room, glamorous lobby, super nice bathroom (seriously, take a shower and bath here!!) and a decent bed. The staff are super helpful and nice and the room was soundproof.

The toilet light came on automatically which is shocking in the middle of tue night.

The location was the best! Right near Shibuya station and the down town area. Despite the local night life the hotel room was very quiet!

"Love Hill" is an interesting area, but small twisty streets - so I initially had trouble finding the hotel.

Great central location, just a stroll from the Shibuya train station, scramble crossing and downtown Shibuya. Slightly different as its a "love hotel" - with complementary alcoholic drinks & icecream in the foyer. So, no lounge or gym or pool etc, but great sound proofing, and surprisingly not at all sleezy.

There was no safe in the room and you have to hand over your room key when you go out. We didn’t have any issues but didn’t like taking everything with us. There was only one pillow per person and no headboard, and the bed moved easily from the wall, so we couldn’t sit up in bed. However, as I noted before, this isn’t really designed as a tourist hotel 😊

Great location near shops and restaurants. Incredible choice of amenities (toiletries, tea, even alcoholic drinks!). Warning: I didn’t realise this was also a ‘love hotel’, so the decor, hotel surrounds and some clientele took me by surprise 😊. However, if you ignore this, the place is fine.

The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable and would slide off the base. Having a non slip mat under the mattress may help with preventing the mattress sliding so much.

The staff was friendly and they offered many complimentary things, such as a soft serve ice cream machine, a range of bath stuff, tea, coffee, etc, wine and spirits. There was also a very large flat screen TV with access to Amazon Prime streaming service.

The fact that I didn't know that it was a love hotel until I started walking to the hotel and saw all the business in the street nearby and then little "signs" in the hotel room. I had no idea. I chose the hotel because of the good price and superb location near Shibuya crossing. Though after the surprise I must admit that I had no problems and mind my own business. The hotel room's door is noise isolated, I notice when exiting room and hear the music in the corridors. I was relieved to see other guests checking in that seemed like a family on holidays so I felt relieved I was not the only innocent ignorant when booking 😆

Superb location 5 minutes walk from Shibuya crossing. Very clean and not too small room for Japanese standards. Staff at the reception is helpful and friendly though they can't speak a word of English. I used Google translate and was perfect.
