The footbath was advertised, however it was closed when I was there. That is a very minor negative, and was compensated by the onsen within the hotel.

The hotel was ideally located within an extensive shopping gallery - close to restaurants, transport and stores. The room provided everything I needed, the breakfast offering was excellent, the staff courteous and efficient, and the onsen a wonderful added bonus

Only compaiint the room size is tight if you are travelling for a length of time and have 2 reasonable sized suitcases. Might be more spacious options than what we picked. Car parking about 400 to 600m away. Easy walk down the mall a d only ¥800 for 24hrs.

Pillows were really quite hard but we still managed to get a good nights rest.

Onsen was well maintained and run efficiently, big enough to accommodate the rush hour crowds, had all the toiletries required. Rooms were clean and functional. Everything was automated for checkin and checkout so did not get any interactions with staff. Sadly the foot bath at the entrance was closed when we were there due to the rain. Excellent location which we really appreciated because of the covered shopping streets that we took full advantage of during the rainy day.

Everything was great and exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and large, the staff was friendly, there was a treat in the fridge, the rooftop onsen was amazing and it's located really centrally. There free ramen in the evening, but didn't try that. Also laundry possibility, vending machines etc.

We were very impressed by the hotel ,its location and its value for money . The onsen was an added bonus . Above all the staff were very friendly and helpful , we would like to mention one in particular ,Asuza , she was so approachable and friendly ,she went out her way to arrange a special meal for a birthday celebration . She is a credit to Dormy Inn.

Great location - convenient to transportation (airport bus, long distance bus, local tram stops are all only a bock away), shopping, eating, sightseeing (Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was small but adequate for one person, and in spite of the busy location, the hotel and my room were very quiet. Didn’t use the small shower since there was an onsen facility on site which was relaxing. The buffet breakfast was plentiful although with the same items everyday.

The hotel is modern and clean. The Japanese breakfast was excellent. The top floor onsen was super. The hotel provides lots of extra touches and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Right in a handy restaurant and shopping arcade. It is an easy tram ride to the famous Dogo Onsen.

It was located nearby to nearly everything we wanted to see and do in Matsuyama and facing onto the shopping mall was a bonus in wet weather.

Location is great, the main gate is right with Ookaido business street, and surprisingly quiet. The onsen is fantastic, nothing beats having a beer with free manga after taking a onsen bath. Staffs are well trained and provide good services. Their breakfast is worth the money as well. Will visit again for sure.
