The pillows are not hard/fluffy enough, resulting in slightly stiffer necks and shoulders after resting. The partition in the rooms are also a bit awkward, resulting in less overall space to put your luggages.

A man was singing at the top of his lungs in the hallway at 4am for about an hour. Not the fault of the hotel but it did wake me up and I couldn’t sleep during that time.

Great facilities and the onsen was very relaxing. I love the relaxing room with manga to read and the unlimited ice cream. I also really enjoyed the free ramen at night and yakult in the morning. Very clean and modern.

The room was not very clean, especially in the corners of the room. The provided bathrobes had suspicious stains on them, so we did not use them. The pillows were exceptionally hard and only 1 per person... The room size was small.

Facilities, communal hot bathes (men/women separated) with also cold water bath, outside hot bath, and sauna were great including graticious hotel special ramen, ice creams or drinks. Complimentary strawberry jellies and water bottles. Manga libraries. Cleaned microwave and vending machines. With the eco-plan, no room cleaning, we receive everyday a new set of towels for the room, including the onsen towels. Much appreciate the service. Free washing machines. Paid-for drying machines. Great staff service and some staff spoke very well English, especial appreciation to Kang.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Chinatown and we came specifically for the lantern festival, which was happening right outside the hotel. In-house onsen was great, the 'free' ramen at night would have been good but we were already too full from eating outside.

The room was comfortable and the onsen was really nice. There is an outdoor onsen, a sauna, an indoor onsen and a cold onsen. The extras provided: ramen, ice cream, probiotics drinks, coffee, all serve to make the stay more enjoyable.

The curtains displayed noticeable yellow discoloration and could benefit from occasional cleaning. The location was a little was ok. Besides this there are no issues.

Upon entering our spotless room, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcoming gift of sweets. The establishment went above and beyond by offering complimentary ramen from 9 PM to 11 PM, followed by probiotic drinks available until 1 AM. The onsen, meticulously maintained, provided a truly enjoyable and rejuvenating experience.

Guests can only park the car at level 2 to 4 and the unfortunate thing is that there is no elevator. So if you have a heavy luggage (like me), you would have to walk up and down the stairs carrying the luggage. Alternatively, you may seek help from the hotel staff. Room size is a bit small especially if you have a big luggage like me, I find it challenging to put down my luggage.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers complimentary drinks and snacks at the lobby. Though small, the onsen is still quite good. Location wise, it's a bit further away from the main train station. The parking is just next to the hotel. Parking fee is JPY950 and it allows you to go in and out unlimited.

The pillows were hard and the duvet was way too thick. It was too cold without covers but too hot with covers so it was very uncomfortable to sleep all the way through the night. There was an auto light that came on at the entrance every time you went to the toilet. Very annoying during night time. At night the area is quite focused on adult nightlife (bars and hostess clubs) so a bit awkward walking around with children in some areas.

The onsen, amenities, kids amenities and onsite car park were all great. Location is convenient, walkable distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Staff were polite and helpful.
