We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent choice to explore Toyama. Very close to a bus stop and city centre. Much of our sightseeing was at walkable distances. Including toyama castle, river cruise, glass museum, science museum etc. less than 20min walk from toyama railway station. Plus it has lots of freebies like free sauna / hot bath and ice lollies after and even free noodles at night. Excellent breakfast with japanese and continental items. Specialty items like the firefly squid, mentaiko omelet etc are found on the breakfast menu which was an unexpected surprise.

United StatesIt’s about 10- 15 min walk from Toyama station if you’re traveling with big luggage. Also as a general rules in Japan, can’t use the hotel’s communal bath if you have tattoos.

IndonesiaI chose the smoking room because it was the cheapest one. Turned out the room was definitely smells like cigarette, and the smells lingered for long time even to the clothes in the luggage. The room was too tight for even 2 asian.
The only best thing about the place is the breakfast. They truly worth the value. Hotel located 1 km from the station as expected, but I loved taking a walk back and forth because I can walk around the city.

Onsen is nice and complimentary soba 🍜 for supper which is Dormy Inn’s trademark. Special thanks to Miss Yu Si for change of rooms at the last minute. All the staff were very helpful too.

JapanMy only issue is that I was not informed at the time of booking that I would not be able to use the hot spring due to my tattoos. I would not have stayed here and paid the price if I know before hand. I understand the reasons for no tattoos, but it should have been made clear before booking that this was the case. Places easily state if no pets or no smoking, visible to read when you book but they do not tell you no tattoos in hot springs until after you pay and checked in. Why pay the price for a hot spring if I am unable to use it.
Over all I was happy with everything. Staff was very kind, everything was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast.
