The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large and I loved that this hotel had an in room washer/dryer and kitchenette! The location was also perfect and my entire family loved our stay!

There was a lack of natural light.

Spacious room with great facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was quiet and excellent for access to Kyoto station.

Very spacious room with plenty of room to move! Clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the layout of the room and inclusion of washing machine. Was situated down a quiet street and just a short walk to the train station. Breakfast was delicious.

Minor comments, a wardrobe and a large sink space for the toilet would be a great improvement but did not affect our overall experience. We will be staying here if we come back next year.

Everything! The entire room/beds/bathroom were ridiculously spacious and it did not feel like I was in Japan confined to a small space. The 2-in-1 washing/dryer was amazing could not have asked for me.

The only negative was there was a slight smell of stale water upon our initial check-in in the shower area but after a bit of Lysol and use, the smell went away. I do not hold this against the hotel, this is most likely a natural occurring issue with the water being contained within the shower/bath area. Not a problem at all and I did not bring it to the staff's attention because I was able to resolve the issue with no problem.

Breakfast was awesome, staff were very friendly, polite, attentive and professional every day. The breakfast consisted of either a panini sandwich or soup/bread along with eggs (scrambled or boiled)/sausage and salad. They also offered biscotti and jam, these wonderful little cookie biscuits and small cake-like treats. Service was awesome!

More square footage would have been icing on the cake. However, I did enjoy the room, it’s modern decor and the bathroom facilities.

Breakfast doesn't have a good choice. And you also need to schedule your breakfast visit in advance.

This is a very nice quite hotel that is located 5 mins walk from the Central Train Station. There is a washing - drying machine in the room. The room itself is pretty spacious and has everything you might need. Very nice and helpful people at the reception.

If you don’t like rooms with no windows for ventilation, this hotel is not for you. But they have ceiling to floor glass windows with intricate wall decoration in front of it, so it’s not completely claustrophobic.

I like the location. Only 4 minutes walk to the Kyoto Station. Easily accessible. Mostly flat terrain. I love how they include kitchen with utensils and washer with dryer in my room. Very convenient for a muslim family like ours to cook our own halal meals. I love how the location is close to everywhere, close to AEON and Kyoto Station that could connect to everywhere.

Originally booked with a breakfast option, and then rebooked during a black friday sale. The breakfast option was no longer available and the price skyrocketed for adding breakfast. thankfully better and cheaper breakfast options all around Kyoto station, but this was a little annoying.

The property is one stop from the busy district of Namba so it was nice to stay just a little out where it was more quiet. Loved the 4 double beds in the room - one each. Easy check-in. Great informative property manual. Great communication with owners.

This hotel was in a great location to Kyoto Station and central to lots of Kyoto activities! It was very clean and had plenty of space (we did book a larger room). There was laundry, a kitchen, and a great sized wonderful bath/shower room. It was very comfortable.

Hotel is great, short walk to kyoto train station and aeon mall and avanti malls down the road, lots of space in the room which is great when travelling and the beds are pretty comfortable.

The inability to have breakfast at short notice.

The quiet. .we had the best sleep. Situated in a side alley, with no street view (a plus) but a glass wall with intriguing sand design.

The location was great and the room was super quiet. The staff were wonderful and so was the proximity to the train station with loads of eateries. The restaurant bar opposite the hotel is a must.
