There was no pot for cooking, only a pan. So the stove could only be used for breakfast. Also, the location was not the greatest, it is a bit off from the centre, but well connected by the metro and close to the main train station as well.

The service was excellent. The owner was incredibly kind! We wanted to send some luggage to our next accommodation and and helped us by driving to office of the company which sends luggage, which was 20 minutes away by car, so she drove 40 minutes just for us!!! Also, the beds were nice, there was a small balcony and a little stove, as well as a washing machine.

Wifi connection was unstable. Sometimes did not work at all. Instructions/warnings everywhere in the room. What you cannot do, how much will the damage cost, etc. Also on tissues (is it really necessary?). I understand, some guests leave the appartment in a bad condition, but having 10+ instructions in the room makes all of them kinda obsolete and give you "an unwelcome" feeling

Check-in instructions were amazing with photos. Parking possibility in Kyoto is super awesome. Everything was clean and all facilities were in a good condition.

The apartment is close to the motorway and has a private parking available - perfect for those arriving in Kyoto by car. The location was great as well, we left the car and walked to town. The apartment was super comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Kyoto.

No AC at the reception and it was so so hot with the little babies they should have it. The toothbrush 50 yen yes it is cheap but it is something you do not make any profit with it leave it free for the guess they will feel more happy and home

The wifi is super slow. I messaged the hotel staff several times but got no response at all. Very unsuitable for travelers who do not have unlimited Internet access. The Internet is very inconvenient.

If you travel with small children without stroller. From Hotel to JR station, It’s a bit too far for walk.!!!

The owner was very warm. We felt that she always waited us to come back from our day journey and gave us nice snacks and food for us such as baked potatoes, grapes and some side dishes. The location was very good and offered us cleaning services in 9 days stay.

It has every essential thing g you need including even a washer for laundry and a free old school game machine and elevator.

The staff was awesome and very welcoming and helpful during our stay. It's in a great location and worth the bargain that you stay for.
