The room is too small, and basic amenities need to be collected by the guest. It's so sad that the front liner did not extend smiley hospitality.

The dryer machine wasn’t as effective as it should be, do check it up and have it clean as well.

A bit unavoidable, but the noise of the train was loud. If there was a way to know when booking the room that it was next to the train, we would have requested to book a room on the other side of the hotel

Train noise but we had ear buds so we slept well. Room was a small twin which was a bit of a squeeze.

Room was overlooking the train line- unfortunately this meant there were loud train noises up until 12:00am at night. The hotel offers earplugs however, and my friend and I were usually so exhausted by the end of the day that it didn't end up bothering us. Hotel doesn't offer luggage delivery service either- unfortunately it's a bit of a walk to the nearest Familymart/7/11 so just be mentally prepared if it's raining particularly hard that day and you have a heavy, 30kg bag to roll around! (Learnt that the hard way myself, haha).

Exactly what we needed for our final stay in Japan- a lovely location and a walking distance to some fun spots, such as the Cup Noodle Museum (And the Yokohama Gundam- glad we got to see him before he left on March 31st!). Room had a nice view of the canal and was nicely spaced.

The property was a simple but clean and reasonable modern budines hotel. The building looked and felt new. The room was small but that is very normal for similar hotels in Japan. Clean bathroom. I was only the room to sleep which I did well. Decent location. Less than 10 mins from Sakuragicho station and the bars and izakaya of Noge

It comes with two single beds but you can move the beds so you can make it into king sized bed. The mattresses were a little but hard but it was alright. The bathroom was so cool. I still dont like the hotel shampoos especially the conditioner so if you have longer hair you might wanna bring your own shampoo it at least a hair conditioner or a hair mask.

Only wish there was more variety on the breakfast menu. Or add a bit more Japanese teast! ( Still like the breakfast lol)

Great staff, close to the train station, looked new, clean, and comfortable. Leo the on-duty manager was the star, he was very helpful and professional. The hotel offers a high standard of service. I will definitely stay again. Thanks so much Leo.

The WiFi is a bit difficult to connect and not too fast, acceptable speed though once you connected.

Great room, clean and spacious in Japanese standard, nice city view with river and nice restaurant nearby. Good bathroom and good size of bathtub.

Great location, close to the train station and has lovely staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great for our 1-night stay. Arrived at 10am and were able to leave our bags until checkin.
