Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel was easily accessible at a walkable distance from Sakuragicho station and Pacifico Conference Center where I attended a conference.Reception staff is very kind. especially thank you, Mr. Nepali, for providing us with information about tourist spots around Yokohama and Tokyo. He also guided us about transportation. Free flow of coffee and tea for 24 hours was appreciable. I am happy with my stay and recommend travellers to stay at the hotel. Thank you again.

1.Clean could be better, if u don’t RQST room clean, there will be no clean even though the cleaning staff noticed that the carpet was not clean. 2. A/C could be more clean! As u can see, the outlet of the A/C was full of dust.

The hotel is located near the tracks so you can hear some noise when the trains are passing by. It wasn't a big deal since there is no sound at night, but if you're staying in the room during day time, it can be a little noisy.

The location of the hotel was very convenient being approx. 5 minutes walk away from 2 train stations. The hotel room was clean and very spacious for Japanese standard. We stayed on a higher floor so the view was nice as well.

Some reviews say about it being on the train line, you can hear the train if you really listen for it but it does not disturb sleep!

This was part of our honeymoon trip to Japan, the hotel greeted us warmly on arrival. Due to it being our honeymoon, the manager allowed us to check in early and we were greeted by a card and wine. Absolutely fabulous service and nothing was a problem for them. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hotel itself was in walking distance of everything in Yokohama.

We found cockroaches in our room and that made our last night stay quite uncomfortable. The pillows are really thick so it hurt my neck bc I'm small. The beds were comfy otherwise.

Convenient location: shops, coffee shops, transport. And next to the Ferris wheel. Attraction. Evening walks are very beautiful… The room has a small space. But clean and comfortable. The swedish breakfast had little choice but was delicious.

This is a fantastic hotel, except the train that rolls by and rattles you every so often. It was really annoying. The A/C requires a key-card and if you leave the room for any extended period of time it will get hot.

Close to shopping, food, sights, and waterfront. You can walk everywhere if you want. Easy access to the train station. Good coffee machine in the lobby. Value.

Not enough space for standard sized luggage bags was cluttered with desk small mini table and chair. Meant that it was hard to walk around the room Quite a high step to the bathroom as well older people might not fair so well trying to get in and out

Great location: ~5 min walk from Sakurachigo JR station, only one stop from JR Yokohama station; wonderful rooms, acceptable pricing, most helpful and friendly reception staff. Free coffee and tea, and at times small snacks in a charming corner of the lobby. Self-service laundry - clean, easy to use; well equipped lounges on the top floors, which are slightly higher priced, with free drinks and snacks from 17:00 - 21:00. There is marginal noise from trains passing by, not ideal, but acceptable for most people.
