The room is big and the location is close to the sightseeing spot about 5 mins walk to the shrine. The staff were very nice and helpful. I had a very good stay there.

keep in mind that they can't hold luggage for you after check out and the check out time is kind of early. But they mentioned that in the booking notice so we were prepared for it.

We only stayed for one night but the convenient location was very helpful (9min walk from the station, all flat roads). I thought there was a washer in the unit but it's shared by the building, but there is a fridge and microwave in the room which is helpful.

The shared washing machine is too small for any useful washing.

This place is new. It is like a apartment that runs like a hotel. However it has all the amenities that the usual tourists need.

It will be great if some bins can be provided on every floor or somewhere in the hotel, as it is quite annoying to handle the trash due to no cleaning service is provided during the stay.

Air con in the room is difficult ...too cold and not good...not easy to fix..that kills hotel for summer...seems same design issue in all FAV hotels as was identical problem in FAV Takamatsu..pity because rest of layout is great

The lack of housekeeping, breakfast service and public bath facilities.

The location was great, within walking distance to the outer shrine. The rooms are well designed and layout, and include a useful kitchenette area with microwave and cooking utensils. Only downside is the lack of housekeeping during the stay. Be prepared to bring down your own trash and clear the garbage bins. Nevertheless, would still highly recommend this hotel for visit to Ise city.

It’s a really nice hotel, nothing for me to nitpick. That would be awesome to have a decent bathtub in the room😊

Facilities are new and well tidy up. Located in a super nice and quiet area, got Lawson and some nice local restaurants nearby. Also it’s convenient to visit Ise Jingu and other beautiful shrines.

We like the basic kitchenette with pot and pan, can make our breakfast fast. Room was very clean. Location is good, close to the sightseeing spots and restaurants. We had made booking mistakes, the front desk staff helped us to correct it with free of charge. Really appreciated his efforts and we will definitely choose Fav Hotel when we come back next time.

Check out was at 10am and they refuse to store luggage. No having the ability to store luggage I think is unacceptable for any hotel but particularly for this price. The check in process was automated however didn’t work so overall not a great experience.

The room was clean and bathroom was nice and new. Kitchen equipment was also good

1) No drinking water despite the accommodation price that we paid, they do not provide drinking water in the room. 2) there is a vending machine to BUY drinking water but out of stock !!!!! Non of the staff is working at the front desk as it is already after 10pm. I have no choice but to call the number which they provided to us. Sadly, They asked us to get it from the convenient store but it is too late and I refuse to do it and I insisted them to get for us obviously I need to pay to them later. Thanks to the staff who finally agreed to accommodate our request. 4) accommodation price is expensive for the service provided by them. 5) The hotel is too “automatic”. please remember you are in service industry. 6) when we checked in the staffs can’t speak English. Many details such as no water is provided or whether the coffee is free for us to drink etc is conveying to us.
