Fantastic location and facilities. Large modern room with kitchen and laundry facilities - this just fantastic when travelling with kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful and served Supreme coffee downstairs!

Washing machine instructions were in Japanese but we did find English instructions (attached to this review) Window did look directly into a wall No free coffee

Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4. Highly automated check in process. Very nice family room. Close to the train station, a taxi costs about 1000 yen. Peace park within walking distance, also shops and restaurants very nearby. Enjoyed our stay!

For the price it is probably the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Facilities exceeded my expectations and the rooms were really classy with little tables and mats and the best were really comfortable. 100% would stay here again.

Location is close to the market but around 10 mins walk to nearest streetcar (trams).

Absolutely loved our stay. We went in a little early to drop off our suitcases and they told us our room was already ready for us to check in, no extra charge, an absolute delight after a long travel. The room was so nice I’m going to remodel my own home after it. The washing machine, big beds and kitchen were very comfortable to have. Easy access to the highlights of the city. Id love to come back to this hotel, just superb!

We stayed in the family room and it was spacious. Great facility with a washing machine/dryer in the room. Great location. Doesn’t have parking onsite however there are plenty of parking lots in the nearby streets.

We received info that we needed a pin number/QR code to get in (which was all a bit complicated) but this wasn't the case. No luggage forwarding/receiving.

Such an awesome hotel. Spacious (for Japan), clean and comfy. Loads of amenities (pyjamas, toothbrush, comb, razor, cotton buds, etc, etc) and an in-room washer/dryer. Walking distance to Hiroshima Station and Peace Memorial Park and near to restaurants. Great for our family of 4. Totally recommended.

About a 20-25 min walk to the peace park and the station. Lots of ‘massage parlours’ around but also a lot of good restaurants so we were happy with location.

Fantastic room - spacious, clean, modern and great for families. The beds were comfy and the washing machine was such a bonus. The shower pressure was great. Walking distance to restaurants and a 7-11 and Lawsons very close by. We loved our stay here - very good value for money.

Such a wonderful, comfortable room! The staff were lovely. SUper clean and a great location. We loved the little apartment-style setup. Beds were fantastically comfortable and huge -- with two bunk beds suspended over them via ladders. Couldn't be beaten for comfort, cleanliness and value for money!

Great hotel with unique and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast and great coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to the Hiroshima Peace memorial, 2nd Street, Don Quixote and the Hiroshima train station. We experienced an earthquake while at the hotel. We received an alert on our phones. We felt the hotel bump up and down and sway side to side as we were on the 8th floor. The earthquake was a 6.5! The staff were not bothered at all by it and said it happens all the time. I have to say, I was scared. I suppose my review would be incomplete if I did not include the fact that the construction of the building seemed great and allowed one to be rocked to sleep like a baby whilst the tectonic plates moved beneath.
