unfortunately I accidentally booked a smoking room so I had to leave my window open the entire time which was very cold. if I turn the heater on it made the smell worse

very good location! 5 minute walk to the train station and 1 stop away from Yokohama station. many convenience stores, shopping and restaurants around. No shortage of cafes or things to do. cheap laundry on site too!

For the price... not a lot. Lack of staff who speaks english!

Excellent location, walking distance (a few minutes) to the subway and train station. Close to cinema, shopping centers, sights etc. Close to Yokohama center - you can walk there on abut 2,5 km. Rooms has got basic facilities: mini kitchen: Fridge, microwave and kettle, air-con, TV, WiFi. Downstairs washing facilities + dryer.

The doubleroom was very small, and the bed, though enough for two people, was also quite narrow. There is no cleaning service included and you have to throw out the trash by yourself. This is alright for short stays, but for longer ones it is a little inconvenient.

The location was fantastic- right in the heart of Yokohama and a few minutes walk away from one of the main stations. It was clean, and a good value for money. There was also a coin laundry room available.

The size of the room was actually a little shock at first. Very tiny compare to European standards. But once you settle in, it is fine, when you basically only sleep there. Feather pillows - I am allergic to feathers! No instructions in english for the air con. Some instructions for the washing machine downstairs, but none for the dryer.

No breakfast at the hotel. But there are plenty of places/restaurants in the neighborhood to chose from. Or you can have your own breakfast in the room. Just buy what you need and prepare you brekkie yourself. There is a fridge and micro in the room.

The rooms are definitely smaller than I expected. I don’t normally check sqft but we got two semi-double rooms and luckily we just needed the room for sleeping/rest after each day’s adventures. Otherwise we had a great stay!

I loved being between two train stations—this location was central & convenient for me and my family. I booked two rooms for the price of one room elsewhere and the value is great! (I need two bathrooms between the four of us 🤣) Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in, minimal English but we know enough basic Japanese to understand—plus they have English check-in instructions/info. Even though they promote long-term stays there's No cleaning service for the room regardless of how long you stay, but they claim they'll charge you extra if you leave it too dirty even though there's also no cleaning supplies and since the room is tiny there's no space for keeping cleaning supplies if you feel like buying them yourself. This information was not disclosed before payment. The beds are Japanese size and too small for a non-Japanese couple. The comforter makes a lot of noise every time you touch it. There's no shelf space. There's no communal areas for cooking or eating and there's not enough space in the room for it.

The quality of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was good. Good location.

Location is very near to Sakuragicho station. Also, WIFI provided was quite fast. Clean and very calm locality. Staff were very good. Also, Microwave oven kept in the room was very helpful as they are not providing breakfast.
