Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This place is exceptionally comfortable. Every device has a note in English with usage information. The host is very helpful and responsive. Hotel's location is very close to metro station. There are many stores around and several vegan cafes. In our room there were 5 sleeping places. For a group of three friends it had enough space. The place is super clean and nice. Has a great balcony with a good view.

These aside, i would like to compliment the service quality which they go over the mile for clients like us to make our stay comfortable due to bedding, thanks to the lady (not sure of her name though). United StatesIt is a bit out of the way. I am glad I did not use the luggage delivery service from the airport because there is no staff and to receive the luggage when they are delivered, that would have caused more headaches I can imagine.
The room is spacious and clean. The washer and the drying rack and dryer are very useful. It is also very helpful that it is near a subway station and a convenience store is right downstairs.

IsraelWe booked the apartment for 3 adults, but unfortunately, it is not suitable for a group of this size. The beds are small, and there is very limited space, making it uncomfortable for multiple adults. Additionally, the toilet is fairly basic, which may not meet the expectations of all guests.
The apartment is conveniently located near Shinjuku train station and central areas. It is well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a 24-hour supermarket below the building. Additionally, the self-check-in and check-out options provided added comfort and convenience.

AustraliaWhen checking in you have to provide your passport for ID. I have been asked to provide passport for ID many times when checking into international hotels and is never an issue. However I didn’t like the fact you have to take a photo of your passport on the ipad in their lobby and then a photo of yourself. It seems like a security issue, even though the iPads are locked, but I didn’t like that. There should be a better way.
Great price, great location, great amenities. Drying room is amazing. Everything you need. Quick walk to train station, coffee shops, food, supermarket. Easy communication to staff through email etc. I would stay there again as long as they update their check in system.
