The staff was exceptional. The service was supper amazing. I had a lot of luggage going to Osaka they allowed me to leave my bags for 3 days which I found so helpful, I ddnt know my way to the train station one of the staff escorted me and my baby up to the train door . I was really impressed . Yea the food wasn’t so great but everything else was on point

Breakfast was not included, having said that, hotel is very near eateries and underground malls, so food access is good. Overall not value for money due to the tremendous high cost compared to other hotels, lack of breakfast and small reception.

Room is very spacious and there’s a free fruit platter (an orange and 3 strawberries) and complimentary soy nuts. The room blinds can be adjusted via the buttons next to the bed, however, there is no good view as it faces Kyobashi Edogrand and some construction adjacent to it. We found out on last day of check out around 7am that there’s free coffee and mini muffins at reception (which tasted good!) Location is good and next to a work building (?Pacific plaza) and from there, escalator link to underground mall (which is very big and has lots of eateries - packed especially during weekdays) and bus station. Hotel is very near to mrt and daimaru and also walking distance (10 minutes) to Ginza area (we loved this 2 stories local supermarket OK Ginza!) The staff are all very courteous and attentive and helpful!

Check-in could have been a little smoother. I prepaid using Booking.com and I had to show the Booking.com confirmation of payment. Regardless of the small hiccup at check-in, I would still stay there again.

We did most of our sightseeing using the train, so the location next to the train station was great. Easy to get to. The room was beautiful and well appointed.

All staff members are highly motivated to entertain guests with highly sophisticated but warm behaviors. Indeed, cleanliness of everywhere in the property was so perfect. Not to mention, one of the best locations in Tokyo unless visitors would like mess around in party towns.

There was a bit miscommunication about house keeping, and my room couldn’t get cleaned up next day of the check-in. I often stay in hotels because I like to relax in a perfectly maintained room. So I was really disappointed when I saw that the room remained messy when I got back to the hotel at night. But it might not be a big thing for other customers, overall, the hotel was great and worth staying at.

The room is very spacious, well appointed, and perfect clean. And we love the large window on entire wall. The hotel locates a few minutes walk from Tokyo station and we enjoyed the views bullet trains go and back from over the large window of my room sitting on a comfy sofa. We stayed at this hotel for workation, but strolling around the palace, business district and Ginza shopping strip nearby brought us great refreshing vibes.

1) Room is Old and dated 2) TV is still 2K and dark and old model 3) The BED is not stable! The whole bed move when sit down on bed. Also the mattress is BAD and not flat 4) NOT up to four seasons 5 star status. 5) Very Noisy from train track
