The hotel is more than one kilometre away from kyoto station. It was a long walk. The employees in the hotel work only from 3 pm to 9 pm. Unfortunately, it was frustrating for me and my family to arrive at the hotel after a long trip and not to find anybody in the reception and had towait for more than three hours . They will never give you the room before 3 p.m., even though it was available. I was planning to give bad ratting because of that , but later I changed my mind because we really enjoyed the stay.

Spacious rooms, extremely clean, hotel have lobby lounge with two fantastic coffee machines serving coffees and tea's for free. Free washing machines and free washing liquid pods. The hotel feels like a holiday home rather than a hotel.

We stayed 5 nights and didn’t get cleaning once. This meant towels and rubbish were piled up by the end of our stay, not great.

Super quiet rooms. Amazing lounge with free coffee machine and free laundry use. Great hidden kitchen facility in the room was a bonus.

Very nice hotel, comfy with nice rooms, nice amenities offered. They even offer you free laundry service which was very convenient and the only hotel that I found that offered free laundry instead of coin laundry during my trip.

Price not being said for the recommended cleaning. Not very good sound proofing from outside. Hot water is a little slow at arriving.

A nice and comfortable room, with a balcony. All the facilities in the hotel were for free (laundry, coffee and tea). It was clean and near the metro, the conections were good. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area and near the train station. There are few convinient shops around.

Often no one at reception. No Western shower. Very small room. 20 minutes walk from main business area but several restaurants very close.

Free keurig coffee 24/7. Free DIY laundry service including dryer and detergent. Good hot water, good water pressure. Well-insulated for noise. Air conditioning worked well.

No shower curtain so water spilled all over the floor. The shower is wrongly positioned as it is not over the bath.

The location seems slightly far of a walk from the nearest train station or bus stop. They offer laundry but it was unusable as it was always full.

It is a very comfortable hotel, from room space, restroom space and the very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered any of our doubts. The amenities in the hotel are very useful if you rather not carry around your own hair styling products. Luggage storage is easy and they will leave your bags in your room after check-in time for you.

Fron Kyoto station my maps found it difficult to find at 8pm at night.. After wandering one hour, a Taxi for 800¥. Maybe my error, but taxi is advisable. I then walked it in the daylight easily but used a taxi at night.

The towels provided were torn with huge holes in it and seemed dirty and used with stains all over it. All the towels were same. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash smelled not so good. Although the stay was good I felt like I was staying in a restricted zone as they have a lot of rules. You'l know when you stay.

The hotel is tiny and cute compared to the other hotels I stayed in my 15 days Japan trip. It was a 15-20 min walk from the Kyoto station. They did have a free of charge luggage storing option in another place close to the station which was a plus. The staff were friendly and smiled whenever we met. The room was huge with all white interior which I like and it was very nicely done with a concealed kitchenette. The washroom was also interesting with 3 separate partitions with doors for bath, wash basin and wc area. They have free coffee. Also a Laundromat and vending machine in house.
