The house is 350m walk from main road, and about 400m from designated parking spot. I took a Vellfire rental and is quite challenging to do luggage pickup/dropoff as the road leading towards the property is very small. Parking in front of property is strictly prohobited

There was a bit of sewage smell in the upstairs toilet, but doesn't affect the sleeping/living area as its separated.

Exactly how you see it in pictures. Really cute accoms. Comfortable and clean space. Very quick to response to messages to help us with check in and parking. Instructions were actually very clear, jus needed to take some time to read through them. Location is secluded with no parking, but that's the cuteness of this house. Short and lovely walk from the designated carpark area to the home 👍 Can see mt fuji at night too!

- The parking is far from the house, around 10 minutes walk. If you bring large luggage, it can be inconvenient. - Bathroom are on the second floor while all bedrooms are on the first floor. If there is an elderly in your group, it might difficult for them.

Best location to stay and watch Mt.Fuji. The house is clean, new, and well-equipped. All facilities are great and useful.

We love everything about this apartment. Gorgeous view of Fuji-san. What a view for our 2 night of stay. It’s a blessings to see her magnificent view to start the morning. Trust me, u wouldn’t regret booking this apartment at all. The beds are comfortable. Living area space is cosy. Everything is so wonderful. We wish we could stay more nights.

There is a slight smell to the upstairs bathroom, seems to come from the pipes. We tried to keep the room as ventilated as possible as they recommend but the smell stays. Overall, not bad enough to take away from our great time there.

The most incredible view! We were so lucky to get two clear days, the view is even better in person if you can believe it. Such a spacious house, so close to the train station, restaurants and grocery stores. We had large suitcases and easily managed to walk them from the main bus stop to the property. The kitchen is fully equipped so we were able to cook for ourselves. The check in details were very simple to understand which made it all the more convenient. This stay was definitely the highlight of our trip!

If there’s a curtain on the main window in the living room it’d be better since when in the evening it can be watched from outside haha!

The place is very spacious, so clean and with everything you need equipped. Also it’s in a walking distance from the bus station! And the best thing is you can see the Mt. Fuji from the window! Just like a frame with a beautiful painting!

The parking is very far..u need to walk about 500meter. The road to the house also very narrow..very difficult to navigate if you used big car.

The place is very nice as in photo. The Fuji Yama look is very amazing from the house.

It was not disclosed that the free parking was a 10 minute or more walk away from the home. This was really inconvenient and difficult in dealing with luggage and also when carrying groceries to the home. Also, the kitchen did not have enough pots/pans in order to cook meals at home. Finally, the power outlets were few and far between so it made it difficult to use any electrical appliance, PC or charging cords.

The home was new and very clean. The view of Mt. Fuji was wonderful.

Even after reading reviews, I didn’t quite believe how narrow the roads were getting to the property. Needless to say, the reviews were accurate- we did not enjoy trying to navigate our way to the house through the narrow streets.

the driveway to get to the property is so tiny! we have a Ute so not easy to get in & out & the way we parked obstructed the neighbours :/ not enough towels for hand drying & dishes. very silent neighbourhood so not the greatest with a screaming toddler :/

Access to the parking is tricky. First finding the pathway to the house is a little difficult. Then, the parking space is a little difficult to get in if you have a larger size car.

The view of Fuji is great from the balcony. The bedrooms are very spacious and great that the divider can be open. The living room and dining room are also cozy.

Staff told us we had to pay 1000yen for each luggage we want to leave before check-in time. And pay 1000yen more for each 30 minutes we stay after check-out time. Why just didn't say that in the house rules? And other good hotels don't do this! It should be free to leave luggage before check-in time. It just made us customer sounds so stupid if we accept that sh.t
