I can’t say anything bad about it.

The property was very spacious, clean, very cozy & had an amazing view of Fuji. 10min walk to Fuji-Q Highland which was awesome. Will definitely come back to this accommodation if I ever come back to Fuji

It's far from the more central area, so a bit hard to get around without a car, even with the shuttle it's limited. The distance also makes it difficult to get dinner especially if it's not the dinner options given by the hotel (which are limited to a basis of first come first serve until their daily portion is finished), breakfast was a bit limited and very basic. The house we got was a bit further and lower on the hill the hotel is on, so the house in front of us was somewhat ruining the view of mount Fuji.

The houses were comfortable and had great facilities including a kitchen bathroom and toilet for each floor, the bathrooms had automatic functions just like in Japanese homes, very spacious dining area and a living room area on the second floor, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, there were shuttle services for some of the main stations around. As promised from the top roof you can see Mount Fuji (when it's not covered by clouds)

The pillow could have been firmer. Could have provided more pillows.

It’s huge, 2 levels with a rooftop where you can barbecue. It’s luxurious, clean, the kitchen utensils are of high quality, very well maintained.

It’s located in a narrow road so be careful when driving. There was a school nearby and it was tough to squeeze in the narrow road.

Modern and sleek apartment. Very spacious and perfect for family. Auto blinds and nice bathtub with Mount Fuji view. In fact, most of the property has a good view of Mount Fuji if you are lucky. Plenty of parking for drivers.

The only negative it is 12 minutes walk from Fuji-Q highland station if you did not pre-book the shuttle bus from them.

Property is super pretty and definitely took big for 2 person. Each floors have their own showers which is perfect and it comes with a bathtub and sauna. The view at the top floor allows you to catch Mt Fuji. Overall, a perfect stay for the price. The staffs are very friendly and helpful even offering bath salts to us during our check in.

The only small feedback was at times the hot water took a while to heat up (in colder mornings or late at night)

Came to Fuji for 2 nights with my partner and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff went above and beyond with every opportunity. We were given a $20 AUD voucher upon arrival, general tips and all of our questions answered. There was one man who spoke English very well and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating, they also used Google Translate to ensure we understood all T&C’s. The facilities itself were VERY clean and comfortable. The balcony was beautiful at night with an excellent view of Mt Fuji. There isn’t too much available in the area to eat, so you can buy a hot pot dinner set from the reception and they will leave it in your fridge and guide you on how to cook it. Really loved this place and the highlights were definitely the excellent customer service, all staff were so smiley, warm and helpful. Highly highly recommend! We paid ~$450 for 2 nights, what a steal for the spaciousness and beautiful villa!!

This is more our own fault... But when we checked in the movie projector screen was down and we didn't realise there was a second bathroom behind it :( we were going downstairs to shower and decided to sleep in the downstairs beds some of the nights. Felt a bit pressured to order the same thing as my partner for breakfast. But we stayed multiple days so got to try everything, it was really good.

This place was amazing! We didn't book the fuji view villa however were still able to see it from the roof top. It was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. You get free rubber ducks and bath salts as part of the amenities and they have a small selection of local produce/wine/souvenirs. If you opt out of the cleaning you can get a 2000 yen voucher each day you opt out to use at the store. Welcome chocolate on arrival as well. Breakfast was nice, staff were very accommodating. Very modern, automatic blinds

English language/support - limited Pricing - we came during a holiday, and the price was pretty insane. We still went for it, as options were limited and we wanted a view of Fuji. Pricing off-season should be much more appealing.

The villa - beautiful, spacious, well-equipped The terrace - if you visit at the right time, and are lucky with the weather, its simply spectacular Staff + service - good, kind and flexible

No washing machine. Also the stairs were steep but I understand that they are required to get that awesome view. If you have bad knees or ankles it might be a strule going up and down.

Great view of Mt Fuji. We had an easy pick up and drop off by staff at the local train station. It was nice to have a separate villa after travelling and staying at Hotels. It was nice to have a table and chairs to sit at!!

Modern and technologically advanced equipment. Especially in the bathroom, temperature adjustment of heating and water all via electronic control, and panels only in Japanese. Missed key descriptions on armature in English.

Spacious and comfortable villas. Two bedrooms on separate floors. On each floor bathroom and toilet. At the top, a pleasant terrace with a beautiful view, in the evening a pleasant atmosphere in the light of lights. Modern arrangement. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Available website with all the necessary tourist information in many world languages. There is also a shutle bus to Fuji Q amusement park and train station. Accommodation exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

    Everything was good.

It's a 3 story house with a beautiful roof top. We didn't get to see Mt fuji due to rain..a full day of rain!. Bed is super comfy and house is clean. We rented a car which was super easy to get around at kawaguchiko. We ordered the shabu shabu set for dinner and the meat portion was too much for us to even finish.
