Found a big bug (dead?) under one of the cushions. The slippers provided seem unsanitary, not sure if they’ve been cleaned between stays.

This place was truly amazing! The location was perfect for a view of Fuji but it was also easily walkable from the train station. Check-in was super easy with a tablet and the space was quite large compared to our other Japan accommodations. Would stay again!

The fact that we were kicked out of the staff at 10am sharp on check out day. When we got back from the convenience store at 10am, our cabin door was wide open and the staff basically told us that we had to leave right away. He gave us no extra time to gather our things or prepare to check out.

Amazing location away from the crowds. With a nice view of Mt Fuji and also a forest in the background. At night it felt like our secluded little part of Kawaguchiko. The fact that we had our own utensils, cutleries and a stove top made it a much better experience. We could buy convenience store foods and just eat at the cabin or the patio area.

This was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. The view from the room is beyond beautiful and the room itself is amazing. The most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in, waking distance to bus station and restaurants. We were looking into booking another night however it was booked up! Definitely book this spot, don’t even overthink it. Just do it

You can’t chill out in the terrace/outdoor area. You have to pay for the outdoor sauna. It is quite a walk going to like the train/bus station and no stores around the area of the site.

Offers a nice view of mt Fuji. The room was clean and nice equipment inside.

When I arrived it was very cold - below freezing. I couldn't get the heater in my room to work at first. There was a manual which was thoughtfully in English, however it was for the wrong remote control device. The pictures in the manual didn't actually match the remote that was in my room, and the buttons were all in Japanese so I had no idea how to operate it! I tried to get the heater to work several times and no luck! I was alone, and it was after the staff had closed, so I was concerned I might not have heat all night. I needed to wear a coat in my room at first, and my nose was running because I was so cold. I finally pressed the right combination of buttons and got lucky and the heater turned on. Please update the manual in the Queen Black room so that English-speakers know how to operate the heat!

The location was wonderful, and the communal deck area was peaceful and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji which I enjoyed at sunrise every morning. The room was spacious and just what I was looking for. The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil, tucked away in a residential area but just a few minutes from shops downtown. A wonderful spot!

The property was really clean, spacious and in a great location. It was just a couple minutes away from Kawaguchiko station and close to many convenience stores. The view of Mount Fuji was also exceptional! Would definitely recommend.

The shower room was a bit tight. We also had a bit of an issue checking in as we didn’t get the lock code earlier. Nonetheless, the staff I contacted via the chat message in booking.com was very helpful and responsive even though we arrived late at night.

The view of Mt Fuji from our window was amazing. The King trailer house is spacious and has a kitchenette. It also has a projector for the TV which was a nice surprise.
