It was perfect place to relax and very comfortable and you have all the things u need to cook your own food. The location was very convenient walking distance to Fuji Q highland and bike riding. The owner was super friendly. THANK YOU I will be back got sure in the future.

the toilet’s outside, though it’s just 5 steps away. there is no shelter to and fro the dome, so when jt rains, you’ll be wet.

It would have been good if it was more clearly communicated that BBQ facilities were not included in the price. In saying that, it's worth to pay the extra money, as they do a very good service in setting up the pit and fire for you.

Everything was great. Get a King if you want to be able to see Mt Fuji from your container. Also, take note that bbq facilities are at an extra charge.

Having to walk outside to the Bathroom but that's expected staying in a Glamping dome Not close to train station - we drove and it was easy to get around.

Interesting experience staying in a dome facing Mount Fuji - it is the only dome on site, rest are cabins. The dome has a designated Kitchenaid BBQ facility, clean modern bathroom equipped with a Dyson heater, love the projector watching Netflix and playing You Tube music, there is a nearby supermarket (~5 minutes drive) where you can find everything and superb quality BBQ meat and ingredients. Toilet is not directly connected to room and have to walk Abit outdoors. Ok if you are looking for real camping experience.

It would have been nice to have a couple of complimentary coffee/tea bags in the room.

A great trailer that was well equipped for the size of the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we didn't want to leave it in the morning! Sadly we only stayed for one night and due to bad weather could not really see Mount Fuji at all, but despite this the view was still pretty impressive. There are plenty of shops nearby to pick up food and lots to do in the nearby mountain areas. Very handy that you are sent the check in details electronically so that you are not so tied down to an arrival time.

I wish the check in process had been clearer- for a minute there we were unsure if we could check in at all! the passcode for the door is your phone number, I looked at all the emails that had been sent and I didn’t see that. if that could be made more explicit on the email I think it would have been a really good process

I personally don't like that there's a tablet placed in my room. Even though it's just for check-in purpose, it still make me uncomfortable. Everything is good beside this fact.

This was our highlight of our honeymoon. The location, the bed, the BBQ and of course the view!! They also have hammocks and very soon a sauna and hottub. The owner was there and gave us two regional beers to celebrate our honeymoon, he was kind, informative and great energy. We would recommended this place to everyone who loves glamping, we stayed in the dome tent, such an amazing experience!!!!! Highly recommended.

It doesn’t have a bathroom sink- meaning there is a kitchenette with a sink where we brushed our teeth and all, but no sink with a mirror, and the only still mirror was in the bath. (along with a small portable one).

The view was spectacular 🤩, the room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Perfect bed and beddings, good AC. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

The one thing I didn’t like is that is when ypu book the accomodation, the dome I supposedly wanted to stay didn’t appear on my screen so it resume to book only the trail which I don’t like much. I wanted to book a dome in that time, but it’s okay..

The bathroom is well-equipped but not connected to the tent. It is standalone but right next to the tent, it was a little inconvenient and cold to access at night.

It was a nice glamping experience especially with the great, unblocked view of Mount Fuji. It is spacious and well-equipped, you have your own private deck.

The toilet set-up could be much better as unlike every other accommodations, the toilet is very small relative to the size of everything else. The bed is also very very soft, which can be difficult for sleeping when the 2 pillows provided are also very thin. I suggest putting 2 more pillows or have larger/thicker pillows. I also suggest emailing the passcode and ensuring that guests have obtained the code through the app used, because when we arrived, we had trouble messaging the owner and had to wait outside in the rain.

We had a splendid view of Mount Fuji from the room. The location is very quiet and peaceful and the atmosphere is just perfect for enjoying Mt Fuji.

Getting to the Glamping place fro Kawaguchiko station is a challenge, especially in the evenings with low taxi volume. Recommend to share some guidance on local taxi service and advance booking for transport if traveling with kids and luggage.

Absolutely fabulous location. Loved the idea to have a bbq with my family on a nice chilly evening. Well supported by the local staff who was very helpful.
