I DON;T SEE MINIMARKET NEARBY OR VENDING MACHINE FOR DRINKS OTHER THAN THE ONE IN THE FRIDGE.

IT WAS GREAT THAT THERE IS A MOTORCAR MUSEUM, WHICH I MYSELF LOVED TO SEE AS PART OF MICHELIN FAMILY BEFORE. AND LOVE THE IDEA THAT WE CAN HAVE A MULTINOUS TOUR WHILST WE STAY IN THE HOTEL TO SEE THOSE CARS IN DETAILS.

Large and modern hotel conveniently located for excursion to Fuji and surroundings. Also good for car lovers. The whole hotel is about car racing. Great view on the mountain. Actually much better than when you stay in the towns next to it. Breakfast was great Staff very attentive The rooms are soundproof. We did not hear the formula cars driving in front of our room…

If they could put a little stool in the make up area that would be perfect, as I can sit down n blow my hair.

Very early noise coming from the racing track on Sunday morning. From 5.30 am onwards for room with track view. Saturday was fine with beginning at 8am.

The timings for the Japanese restaurant was not convenient for us at either 5pm or 8:30pm. The noise from track days enters the room if you are overlooking the speedway from around 8:30am to 5:30pm, which creates the sense of being elsewhere instead of relaxing in the room during this time.

The customer service was exceptional. Breakfast choices were fabulous. The souvenir shop was great. Amazing views of Fuji. Great dinner options also. Spa, pool and onsen were incredible.

We arrived at the hotel on the complimentary shuttle bus from Gotemba which was super easy to arrange over email. We had a Fuji view from our room which stunning when it wasn't raining. The onsen was perfect especially the outdoor area that looks over Fiji. The staff were so attentive and professional and helped with my golf booking at the club round the corner. The breakfast was amazing and the Japanese restaurant, Robata Oyama, was stunning and one of the best dining experiences I've had.

Bookings.com didn't give much information, nothing about the motor museum, or all the facilities. Booking.com does NOT do this beautiful hotel and it's staff justice.

The hotel is exceptional, from the moment you drive up to the door, the service is outstanding. Checking staff extremely helpful and pleasant, trying their very best to speak English, they were exceptional. We stayed in a king room rhat faced Mount Fuji, beautiful views of the mountain with they cherry blossom trees in the foreground, very comfortable bed with many extras in the room. The onsen was superb as was the gym. The Japanese restarant was beautiful well and truly worth the price. Breakfast was a very high standard again the staff were fantastic, so caring and attentive. The motor museum that coveted 2 whole floors was fantastic. Overall we loved it.

The hotel is well designed. Love the room I stayed in with Fuji view. Dinner at Robata Oyama restaurant is highly recommended. There are onsen, spa, pool and gym facilities within the hotel and the gym facilities are very good. The hotel offers a 30-minute simulator experience for guests, which is interesting.

If you’re on a budget, not much choice but to eat in house due to the exclusive location,unless you go shopping for food or go eating out in the town centre. Also, no coin operated laundry, so it would be a place to splurge and so we did and it was all worth it!

If you like cars and mt Fuji, perfect location! Free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station. Loved the food and reasonably priced for the quality. Staff are outstanding, they work like they own the place, and making sure guests are all taken care of. Even having my luggage sent through Yamato transport was organised by them to my next hotel. I would stay there over and over if I visit the area again.

From the first step in till check out the stay was perfect: great service, amazing facility with incredible desing up to every piece and a very high level cooking. We loved to stay there. .

The hotel is far away from everything. Firstly the guest should be made aware as soon as the booking is complete that Gotemba station is the closest and the hotel provides a free shuttle. So the guest can plan accordingly. The shuttle service to Gotemba gets full and does not support every guest request. The must also be looked into. It would also be great to have a late night restaurant or in room dining option available for guests that come back from a day trip.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location with one side view of the majestic Mt. Fuji and the other side was the Fuji speedway race track view. The hotel has excellent restaurants we ate at the Italian and the Japanese and would recommend both of them highly. The pool and spa facilities were also brilliant. The onsen was absolutely relaxing. We would like to make a special mention and thank Ms. Haruka Osada from the front desk for assisting us from our arrival to our departure. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and extremely comfortable.

I was not aware of the race track - interesting, but also a bit noisy.

Amazing location. Absolutely exceptional Japanese food in the Robota Oyama restaurant! Also top-notch Omika wellness and spa, meticulous onsen. Highest style. Dont miss the race car museum - socially interesting not only for race fans.
