We have to pay extra to rent the bike Should be included but is cheap anyway And coffe could have more hours Finish like 11 would be great!

room: 1. carpet was old and with stains. we requested for another room with newer carpet but was told all the rooms were fully booked. 2. the shower head was of old design. it felt painful on the skin when we used the shower.

We couldn't have had a better experience. Amazing and clean room, attentive and helpful staff that constantly went above and beyond, and great amenities, including an excellent breakfast buffet and relaxing onsen. Would highly recommend!

The location is great. When the weather is clear, you can have a beautiful view of Mt Fuji from the hotel. The hotel staff is excellent, the service is second to none. We also loved the breakfast and our ‘Western’ dinner and Japanese dinner in the restaurant.

Restaurant was less than 1/3 full but they told me to come back in 45 minutes because they were too busy.??? Must have been short-staffed.

The bicycle could be free of charge as for the hotel price. The charge was not high so this comment is not for the amount itself though.

Fantastic view! You almost do not need to do any sightseeing fo Kawachigo, the surrounded environment at the hotel is the perfect spot where Mt.Fuji shows her splendid beauty. Breakfast was great.

It was lovely! I have no complaints at all. As mentioned though, the location is further from the main busy area around Kawaguchiko station so there are somewhat fewer food options. There is a 7-11 within walking distance so you're not going to starve.

It's a quieter location away from the busier part of Kawaguchiko. I really enjoyed walking around the property and surroundings observing nature. The garden view room had a beautiful view and the front of the hotel, of course, has a stunning view of Mt Fuji. The room was clean and very comfortable! There is a hotel shuttle to/from Kawaguchiko station (a cab ride for the same trip is about 2000 yen). The back of the hotel also has a bus stop for the green line bus, which is a loop service that takes you West towards Lake Saiko.

The bathroom facilities were very tight and the Futon a little to thin and uncomfortable. We have stayed at other facilities that have more comfortable Futon bedding.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the view of Mt Fuji, that was just magnificent. The bonus was the Onsen, the best one we experienced in Japan. The pushbike hire was another bonus find that we used to cycle around the lake, an activity which was greatly worth the effort.

Think the counter service can give better advise as I think they may have some language issue and they cannot really give good advise on sightseeing.

The view of Mt Fuji was exceptional (clear day), we were able to rent bikes from the hotel and go on a ride around the area (great experience), Privated had indoor and outdoor baths, which was pretty nice.

Hotel a bit difficult to get to at night except with taxi. Taxi costs around 1,500JPY from Kawaguchiko Station.

Staff were very friendly, explained everything and tried to converse in English at first. Room was clean and set up nicely for us.

The shuttle to Kawaguchiko Station was great. I enjoyed my stay there. I rented a bicycle from the hotel and rode around the lake in the early morning. It was lovely.
