Nothing much. Only thing is the front door is actually glass door & we felt a bit insecured. Seems like outsiders can see through. Would be good if it was an actual door instead.

Quiet location & walking distance to Nagoya Castle. Short drive to town & eateries. House is good for 5 pax with cooking facilities & washing machine. Managed to meet the friendly owner on the last day during check out.

Very comfortable stay, self-served check-in was very convenient as we arrived in late night. Free parking and a coffee machine were offered for use which were bonus!

This is just a small issue that's not so important, but if you plan to stay for a longer period and you want to wash? There isn't much room to hang your clothes.

Great location, nice neighbourhood with everything in short walking distance. Apartment was very clean and well equiped.

The mat under the coffee table was a bit worn out and dirty. Suggest skip it.

Host is helpful and polite. There’s a piano, that adds value. Free parking lot was just opposite to the house👍. Traditional restaurant is within walking distance. Cafe nearby the castle for breakfast is excellent.

The host responded quickly to questions. The home is well equipped, clean, and comfy. Located in a residential area. Free parking is definitely a bonus! The place is within walking distance to Nagoya castle. :)

The pillows were too soft for me. I wish owner could provide some harder ones. Also, laundry drying could be an issue. We had large loads of clothes. Although there was a hanging bar outside bedroom, we didn’t feel at ease drying them outside during the rainy season, especially we were away during the daytime. We later realized there were laundry services nearby. So we would suggest owner to include some of them in her house manual.

The house was spacious, clean and easy to find. It was well equipped and it made us feel like home. There were several nice local restaurants nearby. While the owners didn’t speak English, they did their best to communicate. Even some friendly neighbours would help restaurant owners to communicate. We were really thankful and appreciative of their kindness. House manual were very comprehensive, showing many local recommendations. Since it was conveniently located, Google Map will give you even more choices within 10min walking radius.

Location is about 15 min walk to the nearest subway and the house is a little smaller than expected as we had lots of luggage.

The host and husband were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We left our bag (luckily not our passports) in a taxi and the host tried many ways to enquire and locate the bag, including reporting to the local police. Fortunately, it was found at the police station which the driver sent in. The house has almost everything for a small family and it's clean and comfortable.

The owner is very kind. The location is close to the Nagoya Castle Tower. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Japan next time.

carpet need a stopper we almost tripped a couple of times. And maybe a humidifier for winter season. But overall it was great!

everything was perfect the kids enjoyed the spacious place and the parks nearby. I live in Tokyo, my family live around the city but because of renovation of parents home we can’t stay at their place and this is why I rented a place to stay with kids and my sister, my family came to visit to see my baby and we cook dinner and spent our time together like we’re “Home” unlike staying at any hotel room. Thank you so much to the owner of this place it’s very comfortable and the amenities are perfect. I even ordered the same shampoo they have in there because it was sooo good!
