Nice little boutique hotel with a friendly vibe. Breakfast was good, and included a cute bottle of Furano Milk. Excellent base for exploring the area. Near the train station, information centre and places to eat in the evening.

They were quite strict about dinner reservation in advance. So we only read about the 7 days advance notice for dinner few days before we arrive. The onsen bath was really small. Good for two instead of 3 ladies.

Location is near to city and eateries. View from room is fantastic. Facing the mountains, although it faced the railway but the room is quiet. Free carpark basically everywhere in Furano. That is helpful. The laundry was amazing. There’s a PIN code to lock your wash cycle so no one can unlock it unless they know your pin!

Parking is easy to find and convenient for the location. There are beautiful views of the mountains. The restaurant was really good. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

There is a window which sees into the bathroom there is a blind but maybe be uncomfortable for some. There is an onsen spa but it is quite small. If there is more than two people would be a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was easy to get to. There is lots of carparking and it is free. The hotel had self check in and check out and it was very convenient! Lots of anemities.

the room space is more spacious and staff provides small gift (cute towel and slipper) for my kids during my stay which i appreciate it. They also provide snow playing gadget for kid to build snowball shape. my kids like it.

Breakfast was a Japanese or Western set menu, as you could imagine after 14 days this starts getting a bit less than desirable. The hotel could definitely do with a buffet breakfast!! The hotel lounge area came across as a last minute thought during construction.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful in all requests or questions that were asked. I was skiing so obviously it’s not ski in ski out but The Natulux is located 150m from the Bus Stop and train station. The bus is approximately 2.9Km from the gondola and the hotel will give you a return bus ticket to use. The hotel is located in the heart of town and there is 20plus restaurants to choose from.

The location is a bit distant from the main area, but the room offers an incredible view. It looks especially beautiful when you open the window in the morning and see it snowing.

The shuttle service to ski resort was crowded, slow with many stops as it’s a local bus service, with minimal services.

We loved our stay in Furano! Great location, staff were super lovely and accommodating! We have fallen in love with Furano and will definitely be back!! Free bus shuttle tickets and storage for our snowboards was perfect, we loved watching the snow fall looking out at the mountains! So so beautiful!!

Overall, transportation to and from Furano and within the town is tricky (the shuttles are rarely on time, they aren't very frequent and taxis are unreliable), but the staff at Natalux went above and beyond to make sure we could get where we needed to go each day, even providing extra shuttle tickets for us to use. So the transport in general in Furano was not great, but Natalux made it better!

We absolutely loved Natalux--the staff went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions in Furano, they provide free tickets to the shuttles which depart across the street from the hotel, the breakfasts were delicious and we loved the location near all the shops and restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend staying at Natalux compared to the resorts at the mountain which are very isolated and far from everything. They also have a lovely little onsen which was fantastic at the end of a long ski day. Natalux was amazing!
