Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is great! Close to train station and Haneda airport. There's a supermarket and Donki at station so you can easily get something you need there. The room is clean and easy to access. Quite safe to walk at night.

GuamClose to police and train station, so there are the associated noises of those things. Although personally, I wasn’t bothered and slept like a baby, others may not be able to manage with noise pollution. Luggage storage is listed as an amenity of the property, however the system by which I had to store the luggage was awkward. I was told that if I arrived at the property before check in time, I could leave my bags in the room until official check in time. Unfortunately, I had no way to access the room (and therefore no way to store my luggage) when I got there. As the routine check in system is contactless (no staff interactions) there was no one I could contact to ask for help to store my luggage until check in time. In addition, it was the weekend, so messaging the property through the booking app was fruitless as well. I had to kill 2 hours while lugging around all of my luggage by hand.

ThailandThe check-in time is too late (3 pm) and check-out time is quite early (10 am). The way the staff answered is quite not friendly. It would be great if they can improve to be more friendly. There are 2 buildings with the same name "Gamadas" which make us confused which building we should go to get the key from the mailbox. The right one has the laundry at the first floor. The small bedroom does not have the curtain; therefore, you will wake up in the very early morning due to the sunlight at 5 am. Haha.
The room is clean and has almost everything needed. Not that big as displayed in the website but it's fine. The futong is really nice and warm. There are kitchenware, washing machine and big projector for watching the streaming app. The area around the building is quite peaceful. There is no any noise to annoy. One room per one floor is amazing. The security of the building is good. You must use the key to allow the elevator go up to your floor. The door has 2 lock for more security as well. Walking from Keikyu Kamata Station (Keikyu line) is closer than Kamata Station (Keihin line). Just walk straight with 1 cross road from Keikyu Kamata Station (East Exit) while more complicated path from Kamata Station (East Exit). Also, it is very convinient transportation from Haneda airport (via Keikyu Kamata Station). Staff is flexible for leaving the luggage before check-in time and after check-out time. Just informed them in advance.

SpainI missed a proper/decent chair and a table because I needed to work on my laptop, but they let me put some from Ikea, so it was not a problem.
We stayed for a month and everything was great. The appartment is equipped with everything you might need, wifi works great, communication was also great. The location was amazing, just 40-60 minutes away from anywhere in the city you wanted to go and even Kamakura or Yokohama. The train passes really close to the appartment, but it's pretty well soundproofed, the whole month we were there it didn't really bother us at all.

United StatesA tiny bit tricky to find, but that could just be us as we came at dusk/dark & it was raining. After the initial time, we didn’t have a problem finding it. The police station was close by which made it super safe. If you had a question, you could ask but the property people may not get back to you. We managed but more responsiveness would have been nice.
3 separate rooms made it nice for everyone to have some space. Very clean. Laundry, Kitchenette, bathroom, & shower. Everything we needed was there & futons & beds were comfortable!

FranceHumidity smell is pretty strong in the shower if you forget to keep the ventilation on.
This place is a great location when you want to visit Tokyo but also some cities in the south like Yokohama or Kamakura. It's really convinient, train stations are pretty close, you can also have a direct access to Haneda Airport. Flat was spacious enough for us and our big luggages so we did not felt like walking on each others. It was also realy luminous.

South AfricaFutons are clearly old, have a smell and uncomfortable, the bedding looks old with colour washed out. Kitchen is substandard with minimal supplies in a plastic box and not even a plate to use. Bathroom had hair stuck in the shower drain and towels were thin and small. The whole place had a stuffy smell. Trains run immediately outside the window and balcony with disturbing noise. The bedroom window has no curtain or cover, so the lights coming in from outside kept us awake all night. This place was so bad that we actually found a hotel and moved out from here on day 2. It should be advertised as budget or low level accommodation.

FinlandPillows, maybe some English instructions of kitchen facilities would be nice, micro and stove were unfamiliar for us, not to know how to use those ones. Room looked a bit bigger on pictures so for 4 people this was a bit too tight, but were were there to explore Tokyo, not to spend time in rooms.
Location was excellent, near Keikyu-kamata and also Kamata rail station, and still inside room was quiet.
