Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Accommodation is very near to the train station and shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff from all shifts. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The unit looks the same as the picture posted online. We will definitely book it next time we visit kyoto if it is available as this Glanz KEI seems to be fully booked most of the time. 😀

SingaporeThe location is fantastic being close to Kyoto station. What really impressed us is the service by manager Yuko and his team Jacob as well as all other staff we’ve met. The team has been exceptional in their hospitality. We appreciated how the team went all out to ensure we felt at home and we are grateful for the care by Yuko and Jacob for my son when he fell sick. Our kids loved the games in the apartment and Netflix options. In their own words, “we don’t want to leave this apartment- please can we come back again”!

United StatesThe wifi was spotty at times. There is a cost if you exceed the laundry detergent allowance- not expensive. The windows were dusty. The clothes are hung dry in the bathtub room and it may take a bit to dry even with the dryer fan turned on.
Walking from train station to hotel and back can be difficult at night if you are using GPS or landmarks. The street is a quiet neighborhood and there are not as many street lights, however the area is Very Safe. 7 Eleven is about 1 1/2 block from hotel in a well light, heavy traffic area--super convienent for access to ATM, necessities and snacks. Kyoto train station is a very busy place and the walk from train station to hotel is about 8-10min if you walk in a leisure pace.
