Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWifi was not good, even when someone called and tried to troubleshoot. No staff came in person to give a tour/introduction but called via phone---which is fine, but international calls aren't cheap lol. Because this is close to the station, the trains will wake you up in the morning! Though only if you stay in the room with the twin sized beds. No elavator so you have to drag your suitcases 2 flights. No luggage storage, so you have to store them in the coin lockers at the station.
Large space, easy to access room when checking in. Staff was very helpful via chat and call. Clean room and bathroom. Pictures are accurate! Location is awesome (close to the station). Though we didn't use them, there are lots of applicances you can use.

Excellent location very near the station with pretty streets nearby. The Enoshima Electric Railway runs right by the back of the building which was completely charming. Also it was so nice to stay in an apartment after a couple of weeks of hotel rooms.

the location is perfect, There is almost everything to a long stay in that area. The facility is also nearly perfect (Just you need to bring your own cooking knives)

Australiaplease be aware the accommodation is up a steep set of stairs. this wasn’t a problem for us, but could be difficult for people with mobility issues.
Fabulous location! the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of room to move. We were met by a staff member who explained everything fully. So good to have a washer dryer provided as well. Thanks!

United StatesTo check in, a GLOCE employee met us to hand over the key and explain the general house rules. Apartment was very spacious and even had a washer and drying room which we loved. We also liked that there was a fruit/vegetable store located downstairs as well as many restaurants and combini within close walking distance from the apartment.

JapanWe were greeted by someone who explained the ins and outs of the place. The apartment was a very good size and was well equipped. You could fit 7 people in there. It was close to the station and shops but off the main drag. They wanted passport photos and you needed to be specific with arrival time. Double bed.. 2 singles and 3 trundle beds.

HungaryFurnishing is a bit outdated and bare bone but we got everything we needed. The apartment is located next to the train tracks so it can get a bit noisy, but it's not that bad. The slippers that were provided smelled like feet so we didn't use them. There was also a slight smell of damp cigarettes in the apartment.
Great location, just a few minutes from the station. Living room was spacious and the rooms were clean.
