Stayed there for only 1 night but wished we stayed for longer as the room was so LOVELY!!!! I would 100% be back here if I ever am in Nagoya again hehe. Customer service was on point

This property is a little close to an area I wouldn't venture out into after midnight. Some 18+ clubs and bars it seemed like. Despite the location, the hotel locked the doors after 9pm and even had a guard on duty to watch people come in safely so I was not worried at all.

The facilities and our room were very clean. There was a good selection of free amenities as well. We could not hear any noises from the outside which was one of our worries. The staff was extremely nice and attentive; they even gave us four umbrellas on the day we were checking out because of heavy rain. We told them we could not return them and they insisted on giving them to us.

Location was a bit unpleasant, surrounded by Ikemen night clubs/bars.

Efficient checkin, room was spacious, comfy bed, full Japanese bathtub. Great for family stay.

The rooms includes a mini toaster but there were no plates or cutlery. The hotel is located in an area amongst the clubs and bars, so it wasn't in the best area of Sakae.

Nice big clean room, with plenty of space for a family of 4. Bathroom was spacious, beds were comfortable and the ample room to walk around without trodding over each other.

Nothing we dislike about, although we prefer to have the pot and utensil in the room rather than having to borrow it. of course we are not complaining

We are travelling as a family of 5 so Fav hotel has the perfect room for us with kitchen facilities. The reception is very nice and friendly. My kid loves the manga selection

The hotel is located near some rather dubious businesses with nightlife as the focus.

The hotel was easy to find and close to metro lines. The location was interesting, a great location for local shopping and to access the metro line. There were numerous choices for meals and plenty of coffee shops nearby.

The location is in an alleyway with host clubs so it can get noisy sometimes (only when they cheer very loud). This issue can't be helped and I understand that. However, the good points still convinced me to stay here again if I travel in a big group.

Great place to stay with spacious room and many helpful amenities (they even have rental games it seems), and the most outstanding of all is the superb service! Staff are super nice and helpful in a sense that they can respond to more than I have expected. Thank you to all the staff for excellent service and I'd wish you all the best!

The location wasn’t ideal for our family trip - it seems to be in a pretty party-oriented part of town. But as a place to stay short term as we moved between destinations, the hotel itself was perfect.

The staff were hugely helpful and booked cabs for our group so that we could easily make a morning flight. It’s rare to find a room that comfortably fits a family of five. This room was great and came with nice amenities and a kitchenette as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here and wish it had been for longer! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children loved the Asian theme with all the stuffed animals. The beds were very comfortable and I was surprised that the bunk beds were double sized too. All 4 of us agree it was our favourite hotel during our Japan holiday.

The only two things I didn't like were it was too dry in the room and the neighborhood.

Mainly I loved this hotel. If I'm going to visit Nagoya again, then I would stay here again for sure. It was quite close to the station and walking distance from many stores such as Parco, etc. Also, we didn't need to key to enter the room. Only password.

It is very close to clubs so if your stay happened to be on a Friday/ weekend, you will hear loud music till 3am in the morning.

Very big room which is great for families with kids. In-room facilities were great too - toaster, electric stove, massive bathroom. Has coin laundry but only 3 so sometimes need to wait as it gets full.
