Lights in bathroom didn't work. Sofa was really uncomfortable.

The place is a nice house, but needs a bit of uplift (e.g. aircons). A great view, if the weather is bad, an aqua parc or a museum 10 mins walk. Better to have a car, otherwise too long to walk.

View, if nice weather, and the onsen, if it works. It did not during our stay, we got advice from the property contact and an agent came to fix it, but without success. We got partially reimbursed by the property that kept in contact with us and apologized.

Tried to get assistance as power went out, but unable to contact hosts. Basic tea, coffee, sugar, creama would have been appreciated. Taxi drivers struggled to locate and get to the property.

Lovely view. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean throughout. Clear instructions to operate heating, hot tub, microwave, washing machine.

We arrived in the dark and there were no lights on. The key box was rusty and very difficult to get into especially in the dark.

The apartment was in a stunning location, very spacious and comfortable. The views were amazing. The heating worked well and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was equipped well enough to make a simple meal but a bottle opener would be useful.

House is far from combinis and shops and eateries and high up from the bus stop and main road so do bring all your food and luggage with you if you are not driving here.

Very detailed and responsive host with brochure on property and how to get to location. House is near Yunessun Onsen Park but up a steep narrow side road so the directions were very important. We had difficulty finding the lockbox as it was black and blended with the surroundings but the host was very patient and explained quickly in excellent English. The house is beautiful and well-maintained with a jaw-dropping view. Onsen was amazing with a spectacular view. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, fridge, kettle, stove, washing machine, detergent, towels, and tissues.

Difficult to find at night. If you don't have a car, have to walk up and down a steep road. Some of the buses were not running when we stayed so traveling to the main areas of town was challenging.

Beautiful, spacious home. Comfortable beds. Loved the views from the balcony and having a hot springs tub in the house.

1. Dusty, housekeeping not up to date. 2. Dead centipede found in the tatami room downstairs. 3. Insufficient heating facilities in the unit. If you are booking for autumn, winter, do ensure they tell u they have more than enough heater. The AC in living room is not sufficient. 4. Power loading/sharing, causing DB box tripped too often especially when cooking. 5. Dimly lighted porch, eerily unpleasant approach. 6. Customer Service is friendly but lack of knowledge in troubleshooting around the facility/premise. Don't even know what to do, no clue about DB box located. We have to find our own way. 7. Kitchen utensil insufficient to accommodate size of occupant in the house beyond 4paxs. For bigger group, do your homework. 8. Central water heating system is OK. But not assuring. It will reset to non-heating mode. Water tub is a FILTH! See photo. 9. Spring water heater is hopeless for our stay, which is late autumn and winter is approaching. The pool to contain the heated water cools the water down too fast to even enjoy a decent bath as the heater only managed to survive 5mins as instructed/informed. Don't be fooled by it. Sometimes we have to go without a bath as heater cannot work continuously beyond 1hr. It will turned off automatically for safety reasons, as mentioned. 10. As we explore around the places, we don't need to hang around the unit all day. . Only the view we enjoy over breakfast, while wearing very bulky clothes. Will we be back again? Only above is rectified duly. Otherwise, no. #have to move and operate around with some intelligence, so that you won't be surprised. Our feedback is to ensure next guest get back their money worth. After reading more review a month after we checked out - we discover the POWER OUTAGE is not new. The Customer Service told us this never happened before - someone really DISHONEST. And yes, its very true the porch is dark and key box is tough to open.

The bathroom was mouldy - I contacted and received an apology message but then didn't hear anything back after emailing photos. Rather disappointing considering this accom cost us more for one night than 3 nights elsewhere.

Gorgeous large property with a stunning view, although the start was spoilt by the state of the bathroom floor and bath which are in need of a major scrub! The creaky and worrisome balcony did limit our outdoor time to take in the view.

There was tons of bugs, unfortunately they were coming from the walls and everywhere. But the vacation home was set in the forest so I can’t complain. If you’re looking to improve that would be my only advice.

The bathroom is a little old

The house is in the middle of the forest, in a very quiet location. The road to access it is a little steep but not so long. All the facilities were clean and the rooms very spacious. The view on the valley is amazing. The communication with the host was very easy.

It was a nice big house with a great view, located very close to a big onsen. We even had our own onsen in the house. The staff even sent me my forgotten clothes very quickly to my next destination. I would totally recommend it!

if u want to stay here 1 night its definitely not worth the money as u pay high cost of cleaning and also u cannot enjoy the house in one night as soon as we reach the house was extremely cold and took almost two hours to be hot our kids enjoy bath but as check out was 10 we need to hurry in every thing

the house and the location was extremely beautiful but the bath is pretty smaller then u see in the picture the views from the rooms and balcony are amazing the host is kind enough to let us checkin at 15:00 the beds were very comfortable
