United StatesBreakfast room is small and crowded. You often have to wait unless you go closer to "last call". Food is not replenished quickly. I hate the self check in machines. Staff help you so wouldn't it just be more personable to have a human complete the process?
Great location and a decent hotel. Rooms are small, very small but it was quiet. One washing machine and dryer near the sento was nice. Sento was very nice.

Clean modern hotel with modern bathroom and showers. Parking for cars at reasonable rate (1000 yen per night) with free in and out privileges. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the vending machine in the lobby. Location was pretty good, in the middle of the shopping business district and around a 15 minute walk to the train station. Adequate workout facility and coin laundry facility. Very helpful staff. Outstanding unobstructed view of Mount Sakurajima from the 10th floor breakfast room!

The staff were great and helpful. The room was pleasant, clean, comfortable. The shower was great. Location was close to downtown and walking distance from both the train and the ferry port, but there's also a tram station right on the hotel. On site parking was convenient and easy to find

Czech RepublicThere is only one washing machine and one has to wait if someone else is using it. The same is for the dryer. The windows isolates, unfortunately, poorly so the noise from the street gets inside :-(
The location is half way between Shinkansen station and Sakurajima Ferry terminal so for me ideal to use if you intend to visit Sakurajima. The restaurant in 13th floor is nice, however the morning buffet is just an average. The shower in the bathroom was great - there is a panel with massage nozzles...

So far, this is the only hotel that has 4 pillows, the mattress is also comfortable.
