Very friendly staff, was quiet and very clean. There is a traditional restaurant across from the grocery store that was amazing. Best traditional Japanese restaurant of our entire trip. Also nice having the grocery store so close.

Location is good, Aeon shopping mall less than 3 mins walking distance. Few Izakaya nearby too. Walking distance the town area takes about 15-20 mins.

We couldn’t find any spare trash bags in the room. So the trash was full halfway during our stay. Since the room is very long, the wifi only works well for half the room.

The room was very spacious. There was only 4 of us but the place could fit 8 people easily. Also includes 2 sofa spaces with smart TVs.

It would have been better to have accommodated tables and chairs within the common areas. A water purifier/filter would have been nice— a majority of foreigners do not wish to drink from the tap to avoid any unnecessary risks.

All of the provided commodities (i.e. bed sheets, pillows) were comfortable and adhered to cleanliness standards . Other facilities were also salubrious— such as that of the toilets.

Although there's a fairly well equipped kitchen (and bowls and cutlery), there's only two low height tables. There's a lot of beds, perhaps too many, so I feel there was a missed opportunity. If one of the beds was removed and made into a dinning area, it would be almost perfect. If you're staying for a long time, the lack of room servicing can be a problem, mainly to clear any rubbish, which you accumulate easily if making use of the kitchen and nearby supermarket. This seems at odds with providing the amenities in the first place. There's a tablet in the room that has operating instructions, however you cannot zoom in to read the smaller text, and some of the diagrams (the one explaining the washing machine in particular) were not labelled at all, so I relied on Google Translate instead. Self check-in can be daunting, particularly if you don't speak Japanese and are tired from a flight. The system does work, if you prepare ahead of time and pay attention to your email and messages here. During the video call, you cannot see the person on the other end. I think it would help if you can see the other person (otherwise I'm just talking to a blank screen). I recommend using the advance check-in link (requires signing up to the 3rd party system managing self check-ins), which is sent in the same email/message containing the building entrance code. This makes the check-in easier on the day. I booked 2 rooms, and the system is only setup to handle check-in for 1 room at a time. This means I had to go through the check-in procedure twice, but the operator on the other side of the video call is able to skip portions of the check-in for the second room. There is also the separate Fukuoka Accommodation tax that needs to be paid, so prepare that in advance too.

Feels like a home away from home. Well equipped rooms, and having 2 showers and 2 toilets is very useful. With kitchen and utensils, and a supermarket just down the road, this is an excellent place to stay. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a drying function, which means the washing machine can be put to good use (but be prepared to deal with appliances in Japanese). I did not see it listed but there is also a clothes rack. It's actually very well located for public transport, as there are both train and bus options, as long as you don't mind transferring. Staff are all remote (you might spot a cleaner or someone cleaning up the tax collection box, but they're not there to help you), but this is perfectly fine if you're the kind of traveler that is comfortable with organising everything yourself.

The check in process was virtual. It was fine, but a bit awkward.

It's a whole apartment with more beds than we needed. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, two bathrooms, two toilets, two TVs, two (sort of) living rooms, can we just move in here forever, please.

A bit confusion when we checked in via the iPad.

We have six people and every one of us has our own bed. Two washrooms and two toilets are god for us. Paid car parking just next to the block.

Had a strange smell upon arrival, took 2 days for it to clear. Texture of the couch and carpet were very uncomfortable. Pillows were also too soft
