Cleaning service needs to improve. I stayed for 10 days and no one came to provide any room clearing in these period.

*a point of view from a family with 1 year old baby* In self Check-in you need to feel in *all* of the guests private information! It took so much time! We are 5 people + a video chat with a staff member.. it took 40 min! It's too long with a baby and small children. We are traveling with lots of baggage + stroller. In this case, the room and the building is not good enough. The building doesn't have an elevator. We needed to go up with the stroller because there is no space to keep it downstairs (we are on the middle floor). Also, the room is so small that we left the stroller in the hallway. The noise is a problem too. In the room there is a meter to check the noise level. But at 22:00 pm the guests from the upper floor arrived and made so much noise it feel like they are in the room with us!! The children are already sleeping and we can't do anything but hope they will not wake up from the noise. We stayed for two days and got 4 towels, very small ones... (+4 face towels) and we are 5, so I asked for another towel for the baby and changing the wet towels that we already used and got an no answer. I didn't understand why it was a problem.. Last thing that we had a problem with is the small kitchen + the refrigerator. We bought food and eegs to make lunch but its got frozen and so we had to throw it away. Making food was a challenge in a small place.. Overall, only the children had fun.

The self Check in was 40 minutes but the staff member that was video calling us made the experience better. The children loved the upper beds. They have fun playing there. Good location next to the station.

Definitely need wall hooks for toilet own hand towel + some wall hooks for bath towels. Overall it's good for 2-3 adults. It is a bit too tight for 4 adults with luggage.

Too many rules for very few benefits (very small, 3 real beds only, location vs price). We felt like children, in a kindergarten: even the noise was measured and our group video-checked. For us all these rules were common sense and didn’t have to be displayed in every cm square of this little accommodation.

Impersonal booking/checking in/out on iPad :( Not enough good clear instructions about air conditioner/washing machine. Also need better instructions for garbage separation. Beds just ok. We understand about keeping noise to a minimum but the db meter for noise was insulting and it was not nice to have the information about vomiting! We are a nice polite clean family.

check in was painfull spent about 30min. he needs to get online then check you live. 4th bed is a convertible sofa. price was a bit high for bunk beds. weird stuff like fine of 20000 yens if you vomit in the room..

It would be better if there are some tea or coffee set service and water. To enter the building is a bit confusing.

Tiny space. No staff to help. Difficult check in process. Strict rules. No elevator. No hot water!! Their door system malfunctions at times and we were locked inside for some time before it went back online...this has to be some sort of fire hazard. Extremely unnecessary and unsafe.

Good location close to subway. Nice beds.
