Disappointing for the anticipated “resort” experience
    • Leisure trip

    • Japanese Style Classic Room with Four Futon Beds and Lake View

Facilities are old - need upgrading. Out of the way - although shuttle services are provided they are limited and all nearby sights are not within easy walking distance. During Golden Week it was extremely crowded - check in line was 30 mins, for some meals we were seated in the “overflow” dining area which was a conference hall with many tables, no windows.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent - very wide selection of multi-cultural foods. All you can eat and drink (including alcohol). Catering to families - lots of kid-oriented sweets (cotton candy, soft serve ice cream…)

God hot spa facilities and huge car space

    • Japanese-Western Style Classic Room with Two Single Beds and Three Futon Beds-Ocean/Sea View
    • Stayed 1 night

Need more personnel attendance at the reception during the check-in hours. The buffet breakfast can be better in quality namely Yogurt & salad sources were of poor taste. Eateries and convenience stores are far away from the hotel.

Ample car park. View of the lake. Good & large public bath facilities. Hot spa was a surprise bonus. Huge foyer area. Clean carpets. Close to the flower parks

Waited too long for our breakfast on the 2 nd flr.but it was worth waiting for the foods were nice & understand that on that day of Saturday ,there were many guests ,while waiting on my turn ,me& my husband went outside to take a short walk& watch the beautiful “SAKURA”.

The Breakfastbuffet was awesome, lots of foods to choose from, like the mini caramel muffin most. The staff were kind& friendly. There are 7 diff.onsen types to choose from & have different free drinks after you take your onsen. We have our room upgraded & was very thankful to the hotel management when I requested an additional bed in our room (for an unexpected stay of my son that day )and they did granted my request ,The other day I paid for an additional stay. I was out of my cellphone battery & the front staff lent me a battery charger& was really grateful for her action.
