We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWe couldn’t control the room temperature , as it was centrally controlled. As such , we find the room stuffy , and we had to open the windows . Having the windows open becomes an issue for restful sleep because of traffic noise . The hotel is only 3 storey high and it is near to the road .

SingaporeIt was the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel. My family and I had a nice previous experience from this hotel. We were a bit disappointed this time round because I opted for an upgrade of my room but turns out we got a room that was old and not so clean.
Breakfast was served in a basket with a wonderful selection of eggs, yoghurt drink, salad, mini breads,soup of the day, fruit juice and fruits! Love the breakfast!

JapanIf this place had its own onsen it would be amazing - but no complaints, this was a nice place to stay.
The breakfast baskets delivered to the room were cute. Nice experience, quality was OK. I prefer a buffet-style breakfast but this was a pleasant concept. Location is excellent for the station and also for the outlet shopping mall. The 2F lounge with coffee and juice was nice. Free parking and good location to reach other Karuizawa spots by car.

Breakfast was exceptional and was served in a picnic basket, which was so cute. I wish I could bring the basket home haha. Also, a special shout out to the front office staff, a lady, and a gentleman (sorry, I didn't take down their names, I checked in on 6/3/2024 in the late evening) Thank you for helping to make a police report on my behalf as I was panicking and didn't know what to do. I had lost my wallet at the taxi stand outside the premium outlets. Thankfully someone found the wallet and handed it to the police station.
