Sound insulation wasn't great but it's expected. Having ear plugs solved the issue.

The women’s dorm could use a little note by the mirrors explaining that the light switches are behind the opposing wall.

The property is so charming! If you want to stay somewhere comfortable and with character this is totally the right choice. It’s close to a major station and a park/zoo that is delightful to stroll through on a sunny day. Both the owner and service are incredibly nice.

The toilet rooms were super tiny and hard for me to have any space in. Everything else was perfect!!!

This is an AMAZING guesthouse!!!!!!! It’s located close to Chinatown, but off on a side road so it’s very quiet. The owner Kenta and his family for so kind and welcoming!!!!! The house was very cozy and comfortable. I loved that there was free tea and coffee provided as well! I definitely will stay here again in the future!!! Thank you for everything!!!!😀

The neighbours were noisy on the last night and couldn't get sleep.

Old house so it is creaky - if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Old house so it does not have central heating/cooling. Our room had a dehumidifier/air conditioning/heating.

Charming guesthouse in a very convenient location. Everything is within walking distances. The best part is the nearest station (Hidenochi station) is one train ride from/to Haneda Airport station, Yokohama Station, or Yokosuka Chuo station (Yokosuka US Base).

The creaking of the wooden floorboards and the difficulty to close the sliding door. But that’s all part of the experience :)

I love how the hosts are very friendly and the whole theme of the place brings out a very calming effect. I love how cosy the room is and it’s very snuggly when I slept.

A true Japanese experience on a futon on tatami mat on the floor The room was hugely spacious The young couple with their gorgeous baby boy who own it were lovely It was so close to Chinatown for great food and just a short walk from the railway We commuted by bus to the shipping terminal for a 3 week cruise thereafter and were really happy with our choice of accommodation the night before The Convenience store is close and it’s in a very central position

Cosy guesthouse managed by a lovely couple. Our room for 4 comes with a wash basin and seating area, ample space. It’s located just a short walk from the subway. There’s a restaurant that serves fantastic value for money tonkatsu for dinner and simple Japanese breakfast.

Can be a bit noisy, because it's an old room and walls are thin.

Location, just 5 minutes walk from Sakuragicho station. The hosts are super nice. I had a problem in my room and they immediately moved me to a larger room.

The house hosts are extremely nice! Lento and Mina are so kind and helpful! The old style house is like a dream. Didn’t expect it to be so lovely! Toilet and bathrooms are super clean. Love all the details in this house!
