Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SingaporeThe separation of the toilet from the tent might be a concern for some. We felt it was ok. Also, you might have to carry your luggages a short way up/down the gravel path depending on the location of your tent.
The view of Mt Fuji is awesome!! This is the absolute highlight. Being able to enjoy sunrise and sunset from the comfort of our tent or outside on the platform was a one-of-a-kind experience. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. Checking in was a breeze. I really like how sparkling clean and neat and well equipped the kitchen and bathroom is. The hot bathtub is excellent. Bought some good beef for the grill. Both the tent and the container had good air conditioning (heat/cool). If you have a car, getting there is no problem and the northern shore of the lake is quieter with better views of Fujisan. They provide bicycles for borrowing but we didn't use them. The only part i found difficult to figure out was during the booking process - which tent we were getting. We got a standard tent "C", which was the bottom row. It's perfect cos there's only one tent in that row. All tents get great views anyway so no worries. There's some construction on the side but it didn't disturb us at all. Some reviews mentioned sound carrying across the tents; no doubt it's not sound-proof but we had no issues at all (even though i'm a light sleeper and there were kids staying in other tents). There's quite a number of glamping experiences and I'm glad we got this one. Given the season we were there, we felt it was a good deal. Highly recommend.

MalaysiaLocation is a bit far from town and no shuttle bus provided. Only taxi is accessible which can be costly to travel to and fro. Another con is there is no connection between the sleeping area to the kitchen/toilet. So we have to open door to walk out to the toilet (we can’t imagine if it was raining and with kids).
Panoramic view and cleanliness. The ambience was good, quiet place to slow down and quality time spent with loved ones 😊

United StatesNothing they could have done but the weather didn’t cooperate with our trip. But the tents were warm and comfortable to relax and enjoy even in the rain and stormy weather.

Hong KongNothing!
It was our first glamping stay, and we are delighted that we chose this place. The staff is so friendly even when we arrived late for check in he waited for us and we are grateful for that. The breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji is amazing, and we particularly enjoyed the opportunity to have our own BBQ and cook dinner using the available facilities. Supermarket is just 15mins drive away. Although the BBQ range hood ventilator wasn't very strong, so we had to open the door to let the smoke out, which let in some cold wind, it was still an incredible experience for us. We had such a great time that we would highly recommend it to our friends as well. We definitely plan to come back on our next trip to visit Mt. Fuji!

Hong KongIt was a 20 minute walk from the closest bus stop, and it was just a little bit of a hike. Would definitely recommend packing light for this place.
It was very spacious clean and well furnished, the view of Mount Fuji from the place was phenomenal. There was a barbecue grill as well as an electric cooking stove, cooking utensils, cutlery and seasoning were also provided. They also provided us with entertainment such as a wide TV, UNO playing cards, Trump cards, and Othelo. We came during winter and it also snowed a bit, but the heating of the place kept us nice and warm. The owner of the place was very nice and friendly, he guided us the best timing to see Mount Fuji and gave clear instructions for the place.

Hong KongIt isn't close to any supermarkets or convenience stores. You must purchase your food and drinks beforehand and much more convenient if rented a car. Wouldn't recommend having a ride on the bikes either as it's pretty steep up the hills. Also, going to the washroom isn't too convenient as it's not situated inside the dome itself. So you have to be in and out as the bathroom is separate from the dome. Other than that, everything was great 👍.
The view was amazing and beautiful. Was able to see sunrise and wake up to see Mt. FUJI. We could also BBQ with all the necessary kitchenette and utensils. Really needed those heaters on, especially at night and early morning. The staff were friendly and everyone had their own little private space enjoying the environment and tranquility. Everything was perfect. Sl Also the size of the room was more than enough for couples. Inside the glamping dome has 4 huge beds.

Hong KongA bit expensive for a family with child over 6+ years old. Over 6+ years old counts as adult.
The fuji view is awesome. Although a bit cold that night, it was warm inside the tent and living room. Moreover, there was a humidifier inside the tent. All the facilities were good.
