Washer only no dryer, we could hang our clothes in the balcony because it was sunny but I'm wondering how it would be during winter or rainy season.. Bed was very thin on the floor, felt like I was sleeping on the floor, not the most comfortable..

Place is close to subway and Lawson/7-11. Has a lift so it's easy with luggage. Inside there is also a washing machine, easy to do laundry. Shower pressure so good and hot. Decent space relative to other Japanese accommodation.

This is a great apartment. location: very convenient, there is a metro nearby. the Dōtonbori area can be reached on foot if you really want, and by metro this is the next station. There are several cafes and a convenience store nearby. The apartments are not very large, but very cozy and clean. In addition, I note that the apartment is very quiet, which is a big plus in such a noisy city like Osaka.

The futon bed was very thin (not like other futons have stayed on) Plus hard floor meant very hard uncomfortable sleeping condition.

the washing machine just didn't want to work... that was sad but not too bad. I did a good old hand wash and hanged it afterwards.

it felt like coming home after a whole day of exploring osaka and the around ...so it was nice to be that close to everything.

- Note that the guest has to take the key from the mailbox without any reception service. - No one-off razor is provided - The offical check-in time is 4:00pm but there is delay in room cleaning. I arrived the house around 4pm, put my baggage in the house and then leave for a while for upcoming room-cleaning
