We stayed on Level 2 apartments facing the main street which got noisy with people coming out of the bar across the road early in the morning. If I stayed again I would ask for a room away from the main street.

The location was great and it was easy to walk to the buses in Echoland. Most of the staff were English speaking Beau and Tom were super helpful with town info and driving us to Hakuba47, Goryu and Happo-one. The beds were great and the breakfast was definitely worth getting. The dining room had an awesome view of the mountains.

Because the place was centrally located you could heard folks from the bars all night just outside the hotel. As our room was located in a hallway with another room, the guests in the other room locked the hallway door which prevented us from accessing our room at times.

Location was centrally located with easy access to reasutarnts, gear rental and the slopes. Room was a good size for the value and it had a full kitchen in the unit.

In the heart of Echoland with many great restaurants and a convenient store nearby. Super spacious rooms with big comfortable beds which was a perfect treat after a day on the snow. Yummy breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

From the moment we arrived, Emma and Jake greeted us warmly, setting the tone for exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious, and the rooms were meticulously cleaned with fresh towels daily. The convenience of the laundry facilities made our stay even more comfortable, and the shuttle service to the resorts was a fantastic perk. The location was very handy and we could walk around town to restaurants and cafes. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Hakuba Echo Hotel - we can't wait to return!

If I stayed in Echoland again, I'd hire a car. The morning shuttles to the ski slopes were great, but in the afternoon, there are fewer shuttles back to Echoland and it's a big walk up the hill with your skis (and your children's skis!) Living area of the apartment was quite basic.

Great location in Echoland, near bars, restaurants and ski hire. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The morning shuttle buses were really useful, as well as the ski storage room. Liked the upstairs guest lounge!

The staff were friendly. Beds extremely comfortable and delicious food (western) for breakfast each morning. They have a free morning shuttle to slopes - makes life easy without a car.

It was in an amazing location. The staff were so helpful and friendly! The room was cosy and warm, storage for ski equipment and great breakfast included in the price. Daily shuttle runs to slopes included.

What a fantastic stay! Koichi-san went out of his way with any and all requests we had, he’s an asset to this hotel. The rest of the staff were also exceptional and made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the morning shuttle to the mountain was such a convenient option! Thanks for everything.

the only area that we didn’t like too much was the water temperature of the shower. it only came extremely hot or cold water.

The room is clean and very comfortable. we didn’t expect that the hotel staff would come to your room to tidy up the bed so we left the bed very messy. it’s our pleasure to stay in Echo hotel. The breakfast are nice and have different choices.

Nothing major but a shuttle back to the hotel from the slopes would be great or at least clear explanation as to how the free Hakuba village shuttle works as it is not straightforward. The shuttle system works perfectly once you understand it but take a few attempts to get right. An explanation on how the TV works would be great too (but we resorted to games, books and the pool table on the third floor which was more than ok).

Comfortable serviced apartment in a great location in the main street of Echoland. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient (especially when we realised pot noodles were our only only food option on our first night as we didn't know bookings were essential at all the nearby restaurants to get a table. Newcomers: take note! Get booking!). Breakfast was amazing with a nice continental buffet and cooked-on-order options (eggs benedict, porridge, pancakes, French toasts - yum!). It was nice to have a ski room to leave all our gear and leave all the snow out of the hotel. The shuttle to Iimori, Goryu or Happo One is also very convenient too (you might want to get up early to put your name down as it fills up quickly). There's a bar with a great atmosphere (and late last orders!) on the ground floor and a pool table and lounge on the third floor. I would absolutely recommend and even better go again!

Location near Happo, convenient store & Echo Base camp about 200m. Room quite spacious for 4 of us. Sound proof. Friendly & kind staff. Helped us with luggage. Delicious breakfast with several choices. Fresh oranges & apples are great. Shuttles to Happo & Hakuba 47 every morning. Nice place to walk around and many cafes nearby. Heater were helpful at winter.

The spacious, modern room was amazing for Japanese accommodation. The beds were super comfy! Very conveniently located in the middle of everything- restaurants and base camp bus station. The breakfasts were very generous and shuttles to Happo and 47 on offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bar next door and coin laundry, giving extra convenience!
