Warm welcome by the host who gave a little tour of the hostel. Nice common area, clean facilities and free breakfast/snacks. They make you feel very welcome, as a female solo traveller I felt instantly at ease after a long travel day.

The location is as convenient as it gets! It’s right next to Mt Fuji station. So easy to get around from there. Also the hosts were incredible! Highly recommend staying there :)

Nothing, everything was so sweet and comfortable

I never felt so well treated by a hotel!!! They took a Polaroid d picture and gave it us with a letter. I’m also pregnant and they gifted us with vitamin C, and chopsticks for both of us and the future baby! The facility is veeery clean, very close to the station and Hana and Satori, the owners, couldn’t be any sweeter!!!! We loooved our stay here!

This was the best Hostel we could have stayed in. The owners are so lovely, kind and welcoming. We had a really good time also with the other guests, played cards and had great conversations. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bathrooms and toilets also absolutely clean. We could also rent bikes to explore the area. We would always come back. Rating of 10 is not enough. Absolutely perfect stay. Thank you so much.

I have nothing to complain about

This hostel exceeded all my expectations. I was treated very kindly by the owner, he even gave us souvenirs, and he treats his guests with great kindness and attention. We didn't know there was breakfast, but they leave several things for you to eat and it's free, such as coffee, bread, eggs, milk and fruit. In terms of cleanliness, everything was very clean and organized. The blankets really helped to keep us warm in the cold. The location is great, it's very close to the station, and you can walk to other famous places, the location is very convenient. The atmosphere is cozy and I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good place to stay!

Hana, a wonderful and endearing person, at your service. We loved our stay! She is without a doubt the best host we met during our trip to Japan. If you go to Fujiyoshida you absolutely must stay there! A big thank you for everything Hana Maxime and Carolane :)

Absolutely nothing.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hana Hostel. The Hostel is perfectly located next to the train station and with food options nearby (we recommend the cozy little cafe right across from the train station for a good cup of coffee). The facilities are modern and clean. The futon was by far the most comfortable sleep we had during our whole trip! But the best part was feeling truly at home and being treated like family. After check out my husband said these are the perfect people to run a hostel, and I couldn’t agree more. Both were warm hearted and caring people who made our stay wonderful. Our daughter loved being in their company and even asked to go back to play and have apple juice after we had left. Eleanor loves her little Fuji, and carries it with her everywhere. We can’t wait to return and see you both again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality :)

Nothing, it was amazing!

Everything was incredible at this hostel! You will find it a mere 50m away and right across from Mt. Fuji station. We loved our time here - from the warm greeting we received at the door from the owner (who stayed late to meet us and give us a highlighted map of local attractions), to the clean and comfortable rooms, to the complimentary breakfast and comfortable and cozy lounge. The owners, Hana-san and her husband were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. The shared showers are single private rooms and much nicer than I expected. The room was spacious and the bed soft and comfortable. The hand-painted cute artwork on the walls added a whimsical touch and made it family-friendly. We would definitely come back to stay again. Hana-san and family, thank you for hosting us and making us feel at home!

Amazing accommodation, Hana-san was so nice and really went the extra mile to make us comfortable! The inside is very cute, we were sad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it. The location is also perfect, easy walk from the station and right at the base if you want to wake up early to see Mt. Fuji, highly recommend!
