the kindness of the owners, from the welcome to the good bye everything was just amazing. The hostel is clean, just down the street from the train station. Satoshi and Hana did everything to make us confortable. A looooot of amenities available. (smoking area, AC, tea, coffee, a fridge, books, map of the city….). We felt like home. Would recommend 10/10.

It is Japanese style room so some non respectful guests can disturb you late at night but it's not the hotel's fault...

Probably the best place where we stayed in Japan! The facilities are great and extremely clean. The hosts are kind, helpful and careful, we felt at home right away! It is easy to get around as the train station is 2 minutes away and other points of interest are within walking distance

Nothing - it was perfect!

The hosts are so lovely and kind, we spent two nights with our almost 2 year old son and it was amazing. They were so nice to our kid, lending him toys and he was very happy! We had the family room and the futons were comfortable and we had a lot of space! Everything was clean and the common areas very welcoming with tea snacks eggs and more. It felt like home 😊 We were sad to leave so quickly

Warm welcome by the host who gave a little tour of the hostel. Nice common area, clean facilities and free breakfast/snacks. They make you feel very welcome, as a female solo traveller I felt instantly at ease after a long travel day.

Satoshi San is by far one of the sweetest and caring hosts I have ever met. Took the time to explain to us on a map all the best sights to see and where to go during our stay. Facilities were clean and in perfect working order. The kitchen facilities were fantastic.

Nothing, everything was so sweet and comfortable

I never felt so well treated by a hotel!!! They took a Polaroid d picture and gave it us with a letter. I’m also pregnant and they gifted us with vitamin C, and chopsticks for both of us and the future baby! The facility is veeery clean, very close to the station and Hana and Satori, the owners, couldn’t be any sweeter!!!! We loooved our stay here!

This was the best Hostel we could have stayed in. The owners are so lovely, kind and welcoming. We had a really good time also with the other guests, played cards and had great conversations. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bathrooms and toilets also absolutely clean. We could also rent bikes to explore the area. We would always come back. Rating of 10 is not enough. Absolutely perfect stay. Thank you so much.

I have nothing to complain about

This hostel exceeded all my expectations. I was treated very kindly by the owner, he even gave us souvenirs, and he treats his guests with great kindness and attention. We didn't know there was breakfast, but they leave several things for you to eat and it's free, such as coffee, bread, eggs, milk and fruit. In terms of cleanliness, everything was very clean and organized. The blankets really helped to keep us warm in the cold. The location is great, it's very close to the station, and you can walk to other famous places, the location is very convenient. The atmosphere is cozy and I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good place to stay!

Absolutely nothing.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hana Hostel. The Hostel is perfectly located next to the train station and with food options nearby (we recommend the cozy little cafe right across from the train station for a good cup of coffee). The facilities are modern and clean. The futon was by far the most comfortable sleep we had during our whole trip! But the best part was feeling truly at home and being treated like family. After check out my husband said these are the perfect people to run a hostel, and I couldn’t agree more. Both were warm hearted and caring people who made our stay wonderful. Our daughter loved being in their company and even asked to go back to play and have apple juice after we had left. Eleanor loves her little Fuji, and carries it with her everywhere. We can’t wait to return and see you both again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality :)
