There was no fridge, the lounge area is directly outside the pods so it’s not really useable at night, and the blinds on the windows barely block out any light.

The place is very anonymous, there is next to no contact with the staff. The bedrooms were way too hot (Sauna after all..; ) ) With no good way to cool the room or your own capsule down. Getting to the toilets was a bit of a hastle, especially in the middle of the night. Because they were just outside the main part. Having to go into the hallway where the elevator is.

It is a bit of a walk to the train. Not too far--just know it will take some time. The lockers are very small and are only large enough for a phone or a passport.

This was a really nice hostel. The decorations, atmosphere, and staff were great. I enjoyed the sauna and the location. Very close to the Gundam statue.

Simply put, it doesn't feel at all like it's run with good management. Compared to some of the other hostels I stayed it seemed poorly managed. The bins would overflow during the day but it was no one's job to clean it. They play soft music during the day but they left it on one of the nights. Just feels a bit silly and run without much care. But it has great potential to get a higher review with some better management since the facilities were very nice. I was a bit annoyed that the sauna is not included and is very expensive otherwise. I probably would have known this if I read in detail, but it seems a bit misleading to offer "inn & sauna" without sauna

The sauna was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The decor was stylish and the capsule was larger than expected, complete with decorative pillows and a cute side table. Incredibly clean. The amenities were excellent and staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. Location couldn’t have been better. I also appreciated the security of the female dormitory.

The fact that it is split onto two separate floors and also split into male/female sections make it a bit of a maze, especially for those with lots of luggage! The front door for late-night access seems to be a bit temperamental, I put in my code about 3/4 times and it only worked on the final time.

The sauna is incredible! As a huge fan of spa and onsen, this was the best sauna I've ever been in! It had the perfect temperature (albeit hot even for a sauna), heat distribution and even a pleasant, subtle smell. There's also a cold plunge pool to use afterwards. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite my beginner-level Japanese; they were keen to explain everything clearly and slowly, and also have a youtube video explaining everything in English.

The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, the women’s facilities were fantastic and the location is really great. Yokohama China Town is definitely one of my favourite places in/around Tokyo and this hostel is best positioned to enjoy it. Especially recommend this location during the extended lunar new year festivities!

Checking in was very difficult. Nowhere is it shown the reception is on level 3 not 1. Like me I directed other guests how to find the reception area when they arrived. A sign is needed. Plus it was expensive, double what I am paying tonight. Plus the capsule got very hot when the curtains were drawn

probably the best best best capsule hotel I have ever been in Japan. A bit pricier but man the location and the bad and it's so spacious!!!!!! easy check in and check out and they give you 3 free amenities. AND ONE OF THEM IS A FACE MASK!!!! like skin care mask.

There was construction going on maybe in another building and you could hear the banging. The bathroom section is right next to capsules so when another occupant decided to use the blow dryer after 10pm, I was a little annoyed.

I liked that it was right where Yokohama China Town is located. It's also pretty easy to find. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful and they can speak English!!. It's about 12 mins walk to the subway station and about 20 mins walk to Minatomirai. The place was clean and cozy.
