We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicFamily Mark or seven Eleven is 15 minutes by walk, but is not so big problem. You can use bus to Zushi or Kamakura.
The accomodation is very typical for Japan. No beds, but futtons. When you wish feeling typical japanese house - you have to choose it! It is old house, but very comfortable with good equipment. Very close to beach - only 10 minutes by walk. From Zushi train station please use bus, it is easy bus station is only 5 minutes by walk from house. It is very silent place. Definitely not ready for party. You have to be silent from 9pm. Close is good restaurants for fish, but they dont speak english, but are kind with translator.

Singapore- accommodation is up a flight of steps. Inconvenient if you have heavy bags. - parking is a 2min walk. Less convenient if you have small children or disabled family members. Also lot is small so your car must be a normal saloon or smaller. - it's an old but well kept property but it also means it can get chilly in winter despite the heating.
Stayed 2 nights as a family of 4. We really loved this place. Would personally recommend this. - authentic stay in a Japanese house and neighbourhood. - quiet area. - good restaurants within 3mins - close to Zushi Marina - free parking - bagel breakfast and soup is very good

JapanLocation was great and very close to restaurants in Zushi. We loved the traditional Japanese house which was very clean. The house was well stocked with everything you needed to cook, although we ate out on the night we stayed. Breakfast of bagels and soup (made by owner) was included which was lovely. The house booklet that was provided was very informative with clear instructions on how to use certain appliances, and where to locate things in the area.

JapanConvenience stores/supermarkets are kind of far but as long as you stock up before your stay then you're good! There are lovely local restaurants nearby but if you get hungry around midnight like me then it's better to buy food before coming here if you're planning to just stay in and hang out.
The staff were all very kind and polite. They were very clear and organized so we didn't experience any difficulties/problems during our stay. It was a very comfortable and homey accommodation which was perfect for me and my friends who just wanted to relax and unwind. The bagel and the soup were delicious! It was perfect for me and my friends who don't usually like eating breakfast but need energy to walk around for the whole day. Thank you so much for having us! Will definitely stay here again when we come back. :D
